The 40.00 lobster tool was such a disappointment. the lettuce was a little brown and it seemed to have more mayonnaise on it than lobster meat in it. I let them know that I I let them know that I was disappointed. so not only was disappointed. and they apologized on my chat and promised three times for reimbursement. I've waited all summer fall and now headed into winter. So apparently they failed at keeping their word as well

Ordered fried scallops with onion rings and also the haddock sandwich. Fantastic food, sandwich was great and the scallops were cooked to perfection. Being from the midwest I haven't had scallops so tender with a slight sweetness and umami, I savored every bite. I also appreciate them not getting onion rings from a package, they were for sure hand breaded with a light crust and tasty. Everyone else is right about the fries, not very salty and soggy, skip those.

Terrible: We waited 40 minutes for our order of a grilled cheese and fried shrimp. Why? Because they take way too many phone orders during busy times when they should be focused on in-person orders. Tell the callers that you’re busy and their order will take an hour so you can satisfy the customers right in front of you. Or, don’t take phone orders during the height of the lunch rush.
I’m a local and I won’t be back, nor will I play the “phone ahead” game because I don’t feel like contributing to others waiting excessive times. This is a very poor business model and they are losing repeat business left and right.

Great clam baskets and fried fish. Some people say this is the best place in the Bath area for fried seafood. I dunno- they have some strong competition to be the best, but they are really good. Minus a few points for ambiance since they are in a big parking lot overlooking nothing but a road and a gas station. Portions are huge.
