Last Friday Guylaine and I left my town, Scott, heading to the border with the United States. We planned to spend some time in Jackman, eat something, and head back to Canada again. But we headed a little further south, to Rachael's restaurant, in the district of West Forks, in the state of Maine. They treated us very well, we had a glass of red wine and ordered some hamburgers. We ate at the lodge in between hiking to waterfalls. Good food. Nice staff.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever had food from. who said that a restaurant in a rural area cannot survive because this is an example of a thriving gem of a place where you have option to have any food including Italian, American and even pizza because especially when traveling with kids it becomes difficult to find all kinds of food at the same place.
