Best Mexican food I've ever had, highly recommend the BBQ burrito and veggie quesadilla. Everything was perfectly cooked, very fresh and affordable pricing of $10-$20 for most of the menu, cashier was really sweet etc it was great. Hope to go again soon!

Seriously amazing food, made from scratch. I’m not even a chip person, and their chips are the best I’ve ever had. Everything is good! My go to is the burrito with everything. But get the quesaburria if you have never had it. You’re welcome.
If you come Friday or Saturday, go into The Gem lobby for a drink. You can bring it out when you eat your food!

Started off our camping trip with a broken grill. With no cell service, drove into Bethel and saw this truck. Walked up and they were closing for the day, but had some leftovers. The two working in the truck were able to serve the best tacos I have ever had. Not kidding- between the amazing service and the food, I was almost brought to tears. Highly highly recommend.

Talk about Authentic Mexican food & the options to choose from!! I got the taco meal with steak taco Mexican rice & black beans & mouthwatering goodness. Everything about this food truck screams keep coming back!! We drive an hour to come here have already been here twice & will keep coming back. My partner loves spicy & their hot salsa does not disappoint at all!! Love this food truck!!
