Went to this Amatos 2x. first time they tried to charge be $18 for a turkey and provolone sandwich with no fixings on it. Then a few days ago I went in to get a small grilled chicken salad, it cost $11, it was the worst salad iv ever had, the chicken was not just dry, it was too hard to bite through or rip apart, along with slimy cucumbers. Back in the day Amatos was the place to go, that is far from the truth now. dont waste your money here

This is my favorite Amato's location. The ingredients are fresh & they don't skimp. Customer service - they're extremely fast & accommodating. (Atmosphere - it's Amato's - it's clean, I'm just grabbing a sandwich) .

I went on on my hour lunch break and ordered a 9" pizza..., and waited..., and waited. I was running out of time and asked for my money back. Turns out my oder never got printed, but they took my money. I got my money back, but that's not the point, everyone looked half asleep and they had to call another sleepy guy fromthe back room to come help. They'd forgotten three pizzas total while everyone was waiting for their food. Don't go to Amato's if you're in a hurry. I'll never go back.

Entire Baked Pasta Dinner with Meatballs left out of order. No sauce with the little suffers. Pizza that's somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time, and when I called I was met with complete indifference by the staff. They blamed doordash for their garbage quality.

I’m devastated to leave this review but after 30 plus years as a customer returning from away, the customer service and respons from management has been shameful. We’ve supported Westbrook Amato’s proudly for nearly 30 years and unfortunately my family will now shift our business to Gorham. I hope this feedback can be considered and improved upon.
Ordered pizza for the first time from here on a Sunday afternoon. Worst pizza ever had! Italian pizza is not thick doughy crust.....no flavor at all, minimal sauce, too much cheese, no flavor on top at all. Italians are awesome, but pizza absolutely not.

The short, middle-aged lady at the register does NOT want to be there. I felt a little guilty giving her my food order, as though it might cause her emotional and physical pain to type it in and start it, and I was mostly the only customer. I think I see why. The sandwich was at least decent. Minor side-note: I was looking for a trash can in that main room but there isn't one. Overall recommendation: Avoid.

Very disappointing. Out of state company looking forward to their yearly Amato’s sandwiches. We had an order of 9. Called and ordered,had the order repeated back. Picked up the sandwiches and went to our location and ALL of the sandwiches were made wrong !!! Never getting sandwiches from the Westbrook Amato’s. Very, very poor service !!
