The other quite good Asian cuisine in the Westbrook area. I’ve mostly done take out here via their online menu order system. Food is consistently ready and hot to go upon pickup. Staff is friendly and family run. Make sure to ask for utensils as I’m noticing a lot of eateries stopped simply providing them with overhead costs going up. Two thumbs up for simple quality fare.

My daughter and I had just an amazing dining experience. The food was just so perfect. We are both plant based and to find restaurants with vegan options in maine is not easy. Bamboo bistro had many dishes to choose from plus many entrees could be made vegan as well. The chef even came out to ask if we enjoyed our meal. We already made plans to return in a week. I always try to support local businesses especially the food industry.

First time trying under the new ownership. I chatted briefly with one of the new owners. We had a very pleasant conversation and she welcomed any feedback I had. My wife and I tried the special fried rice, massaman curry, steamed dumplings and the crab rangoons. Everything was solid, standouts were the rice and crab rangoons. The fried rice had a wonderful basil flavor plus tons of protein and fresh veggies, and the goons were some of the best I've ever gobbled. If I had to say something critical, the sauce that accompanies the dumplings did not add much to the flavor for us. Looking forward to trying the level 5 spice next time!

I’m kinda disappointed. I ordered Ramen with chicken. I expected fresh ramen but they use cheap instant noodles instead. (That might cost only less than $3) there’re some chicken pieces and veggies. Service is ok. I’m sad 😔At least, explain in detail what the ingredients are in each dish. I have eaten instant noodles for 20 years I grew up eating it. It’s considered Asian junk food that I like to eat when I was broke because it’s cheap. I didn’t expect that the restaurant would add this to the menu and make it their specialty.
