I’m not a Maine local, but as a visitor from New York City, this place is actually inviting when you go inside. The cashiers and workers were very polite. If you choose to dine-in, you give them your name and they will call your name. They will serve you the food based on which ever table you are sitting at.
The food quality is pretty good. Even the iconic Chick-fil-A sauce makes any of their food item taste really really good.
Albeit the unusual business hours, do note that like all national chains, they are closed on Sundays.

Hands down vest experience at a fast food chain! The lady that took our food order was such a sweet heart and just all together great customer service, it was a great experience. The food was also amazing, ni complaints. Our first time eating at a chik-fil a and would definitely go back!

There was garbage all over floor were people worked. They messed up order to were I didn't get full order so people went without food for the night. Called and asked why order was messed up got told to come back 2 hrs south to show them receipt. Got told there understaffed and couldn't do anything else for me. Go to the one in bangor atleast that one doesn't look like it's from nyc
