My order is always wrong,, check your food before you drive home! They also forgot peppers and onions. They consistently forget to put your sides in. They are unapologetic constantly. I have a gluten and dairy allergy , the tacos are one of the only take foods i can eat which is why i keep going back They consistently put me at risk for allergic reactions. Last week there was sour cream on top of my side of corn? It seems intentional if I didn't have allergies I might not complain but this is a joke!!!

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. Usually, I don’t complain about quality of service from employees. But these employees… they just didn’t care. The establishment was DISGUSTING. Not to mention, they were out of lettuce, out of ice, out of water, and basically everything else. The agua frescas were stagnant. Against my better judgment, I still ordered a burrito. When I bit into it. Pure. SALT. Genuinely could see the granules of salt and had to spit it out as I had taken a bite of entirely salt. This place needs to get it together. Don’t come here.

Can't rate the food as I haven't ever been here before, and I was just buying and picking up lunch for a friend, but I will never eat there. The place was filthy. Food scraps all over the floor, and it looked as if it hadn't been washed in, well, forever. The take out coordinator was not at all friendly, order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be - not a big deal to me, but would have thought an apology would have been in order rather than insinuating customers were a bother. Tried to take the survey from the order on my phone, but it wouldn't load the store location.

Picked up 3 beef tacos at 6:30 real quick. Beef tasted weird with chewy crunchy beef. Place was slow with 1 delivery guy waiting. I’ll never come back to this location. Not feeling well after eating the tacos. Possible food poisoning!

Walking into this chipotle scared me. It was so dirty everywhere, in the front where we could sit and eat and also where they are making and creating the food dishes for us. I actually paid for my order had a few bites and threw it away. The bowls my husband and I ordered were dirty from the food counter and we ate in the car because there was no clean space to eat in the resteraunt. I would not ever recommend going to this location. The workers also don’t seem to speak English and had a hard time understanding me when I asked for chips and a drink. The chips were also way too salty and so stale. Don’t eat here.
DISGUSTING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting! Anytime after 5 PM the service goes downhill, anytime ive come in for lunch it’s great but dinner time is usually not as good. None of the employees seem to speak clear English either which is frustrating . Not to mention the garbage piled out back!
UPDATE: I went in on Tuesday and asked if any nuts were used here in anything and all I got was a confused look. ( I AM DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO NUTS) I get to the cash register and I look behind the counter and I see an employee eating peanuts with shells on. I made a comment about the peanuts and the cashier said “So?” I think his name was Caleb? That is spreading allergens into the air and contaminating everything. I threw both of my bowls away after asking for a manager and getting nowhere and no one spoke English.

This is my first ever review on any platform and I stg they suck. The worker was mad she was serving and was being very rude, after giving me a table spoon of sour cream I asked for more and she closed my bowl and gave it to the register. I then asked again for more sour cream and lettuce and cheese and I asked 3 times before I even got it. When I got my food we stood at the register for esally 10+ minutes and he didn’t know how to put in my order, it went from $28 to 10 to 23.

Always fresh and quick and friendly service. I've edited my review because I've read a few reviews about clean tables and not liking there food. First yes the few tables do get dirty and does take a little while before they get clean but people eat like animals and probably shouldn't be eating in public and wouldn't hurt to pick up a little after your self . The lady that served me after it slowed down clean the tables. And the pictures you take after you play with your food and eat a little I don't buy Bottom line I've eaten her at least 25 times and always get a good meal.

You can’t order a quesadilla in person here unless it’s a kids option - but they’re the same thing, different size.
You cannot hear or understand anyone here, so order in and of itself is a frustrating experience.
They seem to scoop their foods without care or attention to the other foods on their line. The rice and sour cream served to me both had other foods in them such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc. My guacamole also had other foods in it like chicken and a very large chunk of unmashed avocado.
My meal lid was a mess. Service seemed very slow.
