I have loved Chipotle for a long time. It seems like after COVID, it got a lot more expensive, but so has everything else. šš I have to say that when I placed my order this time, I received the best customer service I have ever received at Chipotle, and honestly, it was right up there with any other restaurant, and I eat out often. šš® The customer service was amazing! I was truly impressed by the people behind the counter. They were all working effectively as a team while providing great service. šÆšš„³

Ordered online for my work lunch,. Order a bowl, with guacamole, no guacamole, order without beans. Had beans (i absolutely hate beans) didn't order with lettuce, but had lettuce. And, of course I only have 30 min for lunch so didn't have time to bring it back. So no luch for today.

Iāve been to this location a few times, and the chicken and beans are consistently dry and the tortilla stale. I should have taken it as a sign that the place is empty during what should be the lunch rush. Will not be going to this location again.

Edit: this location remains the worst location for chipotle Iāve ever been to in the country. Messy tables and online orders are backed up with only one employee handling them all.

Worst location I've been to in the country and I travel often. They've been doing online only, which is fine. But they totally lack organization and timing. Burrito was cold, they seemed to have forgotten salt in the chips. The last time I ordered here they didn't even have chips and told me to get a refund from Chipotle online. Look, I get that the pandemic is tough, but other locations are doing just fine.

The black guy that runs it is doing a killer job I think his names Leo? Anyway 2 years ago this place sucked now it's amazing past 4 times I've came all 5 stars beef barbacoa tastes always like it was just cooked rice and beans are perfect the salsa is always pleasurable can't say enough I don't get hungry a lot at lunch time but just working in the plaza and getting a chipotle that reminds me of 2016 Chipotle is honestly the best would take a photo but it didn't last 5 minutes

Worst Chipotle branch ever, especially for mobile pickups. They never include everything in my orderāthis has happened twice already. Items I paid for were missing unless I explicitly reminded them. The quality and quantity of food are subpar, and honestly, Iād rather not even discuss the hygiene and cross-contamination issues Iāve noticed. Avoid this location if you can.

I went in ordered three tacos. The meat was ice cold nastiest tacos I've ever had. Went back there and ask them if the meet supposed to be cold and they told me yes well that's a turn off the beef in the tacos ice cold. beef in tacos supposed to be heated up not cold don't recommend Chipotles they are disgusting
