DISGUSTING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting! Anytime after 5 PM the service goes downhill, anytime ive come in for lunch it’s great but dinner time is usually not as good. None of the employees seem to speak clear English either which is frustrating . Not to mention the garbage piled out back!
UPDATE: I went in on Tuesday and asked if any nuts were used here in anything and all I got was a confused look. ( I AM DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO NUTS) I get to the cash register and I look behind the counter and I see an employee eating peanuts with shells on. I made a comment about the peanuts and the cashier said “So?” I think his name was Caleb? That is spreading allergens into the air and contaminating everything. I threw both of my bowls away after asking for a manager and getting nowhere and no one spoke English.

This is my first ever review on any platform and I stg they suck. The worker was mad she was serving and was being very rude, after giving me a table spoon of sour cream I asked for more and she closed my bowl and gave it to the register. I then asked again for more sour cream and lettuce and cheese and I asked 3 times before I even got it. When I got my food we stood at the register for esally 10+ minutes and he didn’t know how to put in my order, it went from $28 to 10 to 23.

Always fresh and quick and friendly service. I've edited my review because I've read a few reviews about clean tables and not liking there food. First yes the few tables do get dirty and does take a little while before they get clean but people eat like animals and probably shouldn't be eating in public and wouldn't hurt to pick up a little after your self . The lady that served me after it slowed down clean the tables. And the pictures you take after you play with your food and eat a little I don't buy Bottom line I've eaten her at least 25 times and always get a good meal.

Hands down, the poorest and most frustrating chipotle experience I have ever had.
You can’t order a quesadilla in person here unless it’s a kids option - but they’re the same thing, different size.
You cannot hear or understand anyone here, so order in and of itself is a frustrating experience.
They seem to scoop their foods without care or attention to the other foods on their line. The rice and sour cream served to me both had other foods in them such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc. My guacamole also had other foods in it like chicken and a very large chunk of unmashed avocado.
My meal lid was a mess. Service seemed very slow.

They never clean the tables or floors (bits of food everywhere), Servers very frequently short change you on portion sizes, Employees are rude and dour. I’d rather pay more for delivery from a different location or never eat chipotle again instead of supporting this location. Deleted my chipotle account out of frustration

They turned the phones off because they don’t want to listen to the complaints. every time we order from this location, we always get something that we didn’t order.

I ordered a pick up order, which they got everything wrong on. They gave me someone else’s food, I had to correct them. Then I had to go back because they left out the guacamole I paid extra for. They gave me a half filled cup. I paid a lot of money for preposterous service. On top of that, they gave me only half a serving of meat in my burrito bowl. I know because I am very meticulous about properly distributing all the ingredients so they are well balanced, and there was barely any meat as compared to usual.
As I was trying to get the food I PAID for, an employee was complaining about having to fulfill orders.
And mind you it was 2 pm… hardly during a lunch rush.
Came to Chipotle this evening (6/25/25) around 8:00pm. I came in cause I was running short on time and just needed to grab something quick. A sign on the door and across chairs blocking the order isle simple said “We’re Currently All Digital” and went on to sign there was no dine in being offered and no in person ordering. To my amazement there were 5 employees (visible) on shift at that time. 3 were standing around looking at their phones and do were at least trying to look busy. I still had to wait 15 minutes for one burrito to be made after I ordered on the app. NEVER AGAIN!
I was traveling, ordered to-go, had no utensils even though it was selected, noted out clearly
The food was amazing but the service wasn't good they were slow and didn't no who to make some stuff they didn't have everything I was supposed to get on my dinner the place was a mess didn't look like it had been cleaned in days and the girl was leaving but kept talking to the other employee's

The worst Chipotle in the United states. It is REPULSIVE. Everything is filthy, the workers are EXTREMELY rude and trashy. there is food all over the tables and all over the floor. The food makes you PHYSICALLY ILL. I have food poisoning. Never ever ever come near this place.
