Disappointed with our visit. Here for a basketball tournament in the area.

The good: bread for Italians was nice & soft. They give a decent amount of meat on the sandwiches.

The bad: customer service was poor at best. There was one woman that seemed competent and happy to be there but we didn't end up with her. The other two employees we dealt with were less than stellar.

The ugly: We got 5 sandwiches, four cold, one hot. We were told we were all set, fortunately we looked, the hot one was not in the bag so waited patiently. Finally it was ready, and actually had been for a while but was just sitting in the warmer. Three of the five sandwiches were not correct. Missing items, added items, wrong items.

Potential is there, need to focus on customer service and attention to details.

I stopped in for a few cannolis for my birthday last month. The gentleman and his staff were so kind and it turned my day around- thank you! I also enjoyed my sub and I'll be back for some Za.

The bread was fresh very important to me for a good sandwich and not skimpy at all, just right. I received my order within 10 minutes when placing my order. There were 4 people working. I only bought a sandwich, but there were lots of pre-made sandwiches, dinners , salads, and much much more that looked good like desserts. Slices of pizza to go . I've ordered here 3 times and definitely will again and highly recommend this place.

Showed up at 9 AM expecting a good breakfast sandwich before the lake. I was recommended this place by multiple people only to find out that after the woman took our entire order down to the specifications that there were no sandwiches being served and the grill was off so we left. lol

We order a fair amount of pizza from corsettis (20 or a week). Consistency is not a term they believe in. Afternoon pizza usually comes out better than the morning ones. It’s clear that they are not letting the dough rise properly before cooking. A coworker described the morning dough as “bread jerky”. Maybe one in ten pizzas resemble something I would be happy ordering. Attached is a picture of a “Mac daddy”. It looks as if the toppings were thrown on a paper plate and tossed in the oven. I’m not sure that crust could be any thinner. A coworker bit the crust and it sounded like he snapped into a carrot
