I was very disappointed with my cookies from here, I ordered with high expectations because i’ve heard so much good about them. When I received my order however my cookies were littered with eggshell pieces, so many eggshell bits that they managed to cut up my boyfriend’s gums. This was not the experience that I was hoping for, and while I do understand mistakes happen, my cookies were almost as if an entire egg was dropped into them. I ordered 8 cookies at 5/8 were affected by this issue. I reached out to them via email to tell them about my issue but I have received no response in the past couple of days. Overall not a very pleasant situation.

Crumbl cookie is so good sometimes but sometimes it’s too sweet and sometimes the cookies just don’t taste right and
crumble. I love the pink sugar. Thank you for making that No add it back to every week. Love your crumble.
