My wife Elizabeth, my two sons Andy and Denny, and I are visiting from Seattle Washington. Today we enjoyed a delicious meal at Don’s Lunch today on Main street in Westbrook, Maine. Honestly, I think it’s the best cheeseburger in the world! This is the fourth generation of ownership since the Don and Evonne open the original Lunch Wagon some 48 years ago. The recipe has not changed. The secret is their caramelized onions IMHO. It is so good that GOD eats there (in disguise, of course). Seriously, go!

Way over priced for what you get,burger was Luke warm-didn't understand because supposedly it is made fresh,we were the only ones in there! Clam cake was excellent but teeny. Overall fair.

Easily the best burger in town. And the fries are perfect. Good humble food. Nothing fancy. The bad reviews that have been left for this spot are all pretentious stuffy yuppies. They can stay in Portland in their over priced condos anyways.

Loved this place! Cool to see that it evolved out of a food truck. Dogs had a good snap to them, and they're subs are loaded! If you're hungry, a regular will do! Solid onion rings as well. If you're in the area, make it a point to stop in and support a local business!
