Parking: Not.many spots and hard to know which way to.go, went the wrong way on their one.way not.meaning too.
Kid-friendliness: Homeless people inside careful on bring kids, keep them close but clean enough to take them
Wheelchair accessibility: Hard to get into the doors, but one. First floor. I might just be too fat lol

Would leave 0 stars if I could… We ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 coffees and were told to “in the future, please come in for an order of this size as it backs up the drive-thru” ? I’ve never heard of a place having a limit to how much you can order through the drive thru and sounds like they need to train their employees better or hire more staff… The coffee is always watery tasting and they never have anything I’m trying to order. I’d basically just steer clear of this location.

I just want to say Thank You to the staff working at this Dunkin for your consistent kindness, great service and never ending smiles! With a special thanks to Halona who is always smiling and greeting customers with genuine care no matter how busy it is. I've been stopping and going inside this Dunkin off and on for the past six months, easily 30 plus times, and every time I've left there with a smile. It's refreshing to go somewhere where you know the atmosphere is going to be light and happy! Thank you, I'll be back. :) Jeff

The workers there acted like robots. Noone was smiling or even made eye contact. When I ordered and paid for my order I said thank you and got no reaction or a welcome. I even put a $1 tip in the cup to no thank you from her. I also said thank you to the girl that made my order and again no eye contact nor a welcome/have a nice day...just her back when she walked away. Robots with no personality smh
