I have been to multiple dunkins! This dunkin is by far the best one! The staff is always on point! My order too! I get decaf because my body hates caffeine š¤£ they kill it every time! Other dunkins always gave me regular coffee ( yes I can tell the difference, my body too) They get it right every time, they're also great with my daughter! We've come to know some of the staff's names , as we are now regulars š¤£š¤£ give these people a raise because they kill it every morning ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

Iāve just learned from someone that at this Dunkin, the employees insulted disabled students. Thatās right. One of the students asked for her money back because something wasnāt right with what she ordered and they refused to pay her back, ānothing we can doā. When they could very easily have payed her back in cash. (Iāve noticed this similar money issue at other Dunkinās where they can pay people back online or in cash when something is missing, etc.) Then the young workers continued to call the disabled students idiots. This is an outrage that shouldnāt be over looked. In the past this Dunkin has been somewhat alright but after this situation I can now see how disrespectful employees are to their customers, even if they have a disability. This happened on October 28th, 2025, between the times of 2-4pm. I have no clue who was working. But me and my family will definitely never go to the Dunkin again. And if people have any ounce of humanity left, maybe they will be more concerned about this too. Because it IS a problem.

iāve always had a great experience here with the staff! I forget his name, I *think* it was Tim, but heās always been so friendly and remembers me when I come in and should get a raise for how hard he works!

Parking: Not.many spots and hard to know which way to.go, went the wrong way on their one.way not.meaning too.
Kid-friendliness: Homeless people inside careful on bring kids, keep them close but clean enough to take them
Wheelchair accessibility: Hard to get into the doors, but one. First floor. I might just be too fat lol

Would leave 0 stars if I couldā¦ We ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 coffees and were told to āin the future, please come in for an order of this size as it backs up the drive-thruā ? Iāve never heard of a place having a limit to how much you can order through the drive thru and sounds like they need to train their employees better or hire more staffā¦ The coffee is always watery tasting and they never have anything Iām trying to order. Iād basically just steer clear of this location.
