I love Dunkin but this morning I had an inch of foam on a black iced coffee… good coffee though😆. As a barista you need to do better and use your eyes to see that a drink is not to Dunkin’s standard. No one cares about your speed if the drinks aren’t to standard.

Both times I’ve given this store a chance they’ve made my coffee with vanilla swirl (which I’m allergic to) when I’ve ordered vanilla SHOT. Go to Warren Ave 😊

Everyone runs on Dunkin even me at this location every single day haha and considering there are about ten more within a few miles of me I still go to this one only . They been doing there thing

I door-dashed a bagel with cream cheese and a sausage egg and cheese on the same kind of bagel. The sandwich was empty (literally just two pieces of toasted bread), they gave me 5 pucks of cream cheese instead. I also ordered a chocolate glazed donut but for some reason got a chocolate frosted which was absolutely disgusting. I tried calling the store to report my order and i literally got hung-up on. Not sure why they cant do their jobs the right way but that is pretty pitiful and if they don't want to do their jobs maybe they should find somewhere else that they don’t have to deal with customers because asking them for a simple request is just too much to handle. I will not be supporting this location anymore.

When you walk to the door half the time they don't acknowledge you place is dirty bathrooms dirty I always get nervous watching them touch my food if they're going to cook it right
Parking: This never really any space is to park and where you park is kind of a weird area it's with cars are coming off the drive-thru I think there's like three spots
