I would definitely not recommend going to the store ever again. The customer service was very disrespectful, saying that we were yelling at them in the microphone and then yelling at them window and we were just talking and we were just talking loud so that they could hear us when we said it was split. They said oh we didn’t know, and then they slam the window, started yelling at us and started yelling at us and giving us and I guess they just hate their jobs

As you can see Dunkin' is going out of donuts. Even their new name says Dunkin’ instead of Dunkin Donuts. Very little donuts now to choose from. Back in the day Dunkin Donuts used to have a whole wall full of different types of donuts and large quantities of each. Now the donut display is slowly shrinking!

A New England main street wouldn't be complete without a Dunkin's, so it's not surprising to find one along, well, Main Street here in Westbrook. Like all other Dunkin's, you'll find predictable fast food: bland coffee, ultra-zapped hot items, processed empty-carb baked goods, and calorifically sugary iced drinks. Still, not a bad choice for a pit stop, especially if you can score the food on the cheap via all the deals and bonus points they offer on their mobile app. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. I ordered my iced coffee today at the drive thru with Splenda only. The clerk waiting on me was fine but the person making order's put cream in it by mistake. I informed the clerk and the lady making the orders scolded her then came to the window and started to scold me saying I ordered it in a way that she automatically added cream and that next time I should order it correctly. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be visiting that location again.

Hot Caramel latte was cold, sourdough sandwich was ice cold in the middle the rest was not even hot, my donut was wet... had a few bites and a few sips and my stomach is not happy. very disappointing waste of money.

Didn't have the ingredients they needed to make my drink. I can understand that but they didn't tell me and made something else. I tasted it and told them and the refused to give me a refund. They said I got what I wanted and proceeded to move on to the next customers.
