Dunkin is one of my favorite places to get my drinks and treats, but recently corporate changed the policy that you can't get whipped cream on your frozen drinks unless you use the app which makes absolute no sense to me. Just give me my whipped cream ??♀️

I stop at this dunks drive through all the time. It’s super consistent and efficient, and the folks working seem to always to be fun and friendly. Today the person who served us (Tim) inspired me to post - really made our day.

I was not expecting the man to be as friendly as he was. After all he was taking care of the drive thru and walk in customer all by himself on new years eve. I applaud him and his friendly, helpful attitude.
