Has to be the best dunkin ive ever been in And to ! I ordered a iced chai medium no ice. And forgot to say sub almond for milk. And when I paid. They said it was done and wow was it fast !! Like not even payment went though and it was done. Soon as I grabbed it I said. Oh shoot I forgot. So I went back to re buy it becauss its my fault I forgot to say instesd od milk to almond and they went ahead and re made it !! I highly appreciate

This is hands down the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! The staff there is always so quick and friendly. I'm new to working over this way and it only took one visit and they remembered my order. They're also one of the only places that gives you napkins which is something you shouldn't need to ask for. Thank you for great service!

If I could give no stars I would the customer service was absolutely terrible, I ordered a large cold brew with 2 Caramel swirl 2 brown sugar swirl an 2 milk regular sugar an I received the wrong coffee with regular cream regular sugar an Caramel swirl I go to Dunkin’s two times a day if not more I don’t appreciate the manager laughing in the back ground as he makes my coffee wrong as it sounded on purpose.

Dunkin is one of my favorite places to get my drinks and treats, but recently corporate changed the policy that you can't get whipped cream on your frozen drinks unless you use the app which makes absolute no sense to me. Just give me my whipped cream ??♀️
