When the lady that was walking had to risk standing in the drive thru to order, only to find out you wouldn't take her cash because it was $100. that was a pretty rotten thing to do. I'm sure you lost her business and now you've lost mine too. hopefully others in line will follow suit.

I just watched an employee cough on someone’s English muffin before popping it in the toaster and then she ate food and continued preparing someone sandwich and never changed her gloves 🤢🤮
