They're just rude. Food takes forever not due to high volume, but because they just don't seem to care. I was told they had no idea how long my order would take. I waited half an hour only to find out my order had been left to get cold on the to-go rack. No apologies were given at all and they forgot the pickles... again. The food's fine but the staff just sucks.

Idk if he's a manager or the owner but, Michael is very rude and an awful employee. I had mold on the bread of my sandwich and he did nothing but try to convince me it wasn't and raise his voice at me. It won't let me upload the photos for some reason.

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the building and politeness of the staff. They were clearly busy, with customers lines up outside the door, and handled it all proffesionally and efficiently. Will definitely be coming here again. And the subs were to die for! The work of a sandwhich artist!

Before you leave, check your sandwich. I drove all the way home just to find my sandwich had mold right on its top bun. That’s just ignorance - it was obvious the second we opened the box. The manager Kristie was also extremely rude, told us “It’s not that big of a deal” when we asked for a refund. Only good thing were the two ladies working cash register. Kristie needs to hire competent sandwich makers or find a new job with her poor attitude:
