Service was great, atmosphere was good, pizza is important as it's a pizzeria and my hubby says it could have been better. I didn't really care for my buffalo wings ? HOWEVER, I would be willing to go back and try it again just because the service was on point.

The last two times we've ordered here have been a nightmare. The first time, the food was good, but they gave away two of my three items to other customers while I sat there waiting for my takeout order. They seemed to have plenty of staff on hand, but there was some sort of communication breakdown going on between them. Once I got all parts of the order, though, it was great. Especially the mozzarella sticks. Tonight, we tried for delivery. The pizza arrived about 40 minutes after the estimate we got, which would have been fine, estimates aren't binding. BUT the (cold) mozzarella sticks were completely different this time - rather than the fresh and delicious ones we've always loved, these were some kind of generic freezer thing, with that "stale with a hint of freezer-burn "taste to them you'd expect from a convenience store or fast food joint. It'll be a long time before we give this place another try.

Westbrook's menu goes beyond pizza and I guarantee you they will have something that everyone in your family will love. The new tap location next door is awesome- with trivia nights, games, and pool! It is a real hub for the community. Can't wait for our next family night out!

Added bonus: attached to Westbrook on Tap! You can hang out with the family, play pool, catch some live music, or maybe play some trivia! Ordered delivery ham & pineapple pizza ; double cut. Delivery was timely for a Friday evening and polite. Pizza was very good, this is our second time ordering delivery from Westbrook House of Pizza. Would recommend this place as both the food and prices are great we will be back!

Ordered extra pepperoni on the pizza and it didn’t seem like extra. Also asked for well-done and it wasn’t. Went in to pick up and was made to wait while cashier ate their meal and then my pizza was taken off the top of the pizza oven where it sat the whole time I was waiting. Won’t be going back.
