Food is fantastic and the service is even better. I highly recommend Istanbul. As a year round local, one of the absolute best choices for food and service.
Beautiful restaurant, very generous helpings, and the food was freaking phenomenal. We got the Quizi and the lamb quite literally fell off the bone. One meal fed two of us.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. Service was really bad, the food was not good and not even a bit Turkish. The baklava didn’t taste like anything and was so old that you could not even cut it. The shaorma has nothing to do with the original. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh. The guy at the register that was also serving us forgot about our 3 of our baklavas. No welcoming atmosphere at all. Save yourself some time and don’t go to this place, it will be very disappointing.

Just grabbed dinner plate here, paying extra For additional chicken. When they brought out my entrée, it didn’t come close to filling the food take away container. There was about enough food to fill a single gyro sandwich. For 25 that’s very disappointing.
Extremely disappointed. I drove 30 minutes expecting authentic Turkish food based on their advertising, but what I got wasn’t even remotely close. The flavors, ingredients, and preparation had nothing to do with real Turkish cuisine. It felt misleading and honestly like false advertising. If you’re looking for actual Turkish food, this is not the place.

First time in, and will not be my only time. I got the chicken shawarma plate with falafel on the side. The pickled turnip was a nice add, the chicken was juicy, flavors on point, and the rice is perfect. My ONLY gripe was soft fries. Everything else was GREAT! Staff really friendly

The restaurant is immaculate the food was fresh and meats were tender and flavorful. This will be a weekly habit, maybe twice a week.

Istanbul completely blew me away! From the moment I stepped in, everything was spotless and inviting—you can tell they care about every detail. The food is absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with love. Every bite impressed. And don’t even get me started on the bakery section. The pastries are dangerously good—flaky, rich, and unforgettable. I could easily make a meal just out of their baked goods! A+ all around. This place is a true gem!
The kunefe is out of this world!
THEY ARE NOT TURKISH PEOPLE! DON’T USE MY COUNTRY NAME AND SELL FOOD.
Thank you.
This place is phenomenal. Everything is authentic and delicious (especially the desserts!) , and the owners are some of the most solid people I've known.
Not a Turkish restaurant they’re just using the name of Istanbul. Food is not close what we have in Turkey, I’m sad for people that experience maybe this as their first ever Turkish food and gets disappointed. They have to change the name for the food that represents(which is Middle East)…
