Ordered 4 piece leg & thigh meal with mashed potatoes & Cole slaw. Didn’t even come close to getting what I ordered. Got Mac n cheese not Cole Slaw, didn’t get legs & thighs. This is second time I didn’t get correct order. I went inside this time to order. Won’t be back

Cashier has a great attitude. But..long wait for cold food. New chicken burrito, the chicken nuggets at least there were only 2 tiny nuggets in a full size $6 burrito were so overcooked I couldn't chew it. Tables were very sticky. Bathroom was filthy and no toilet paper. I would not go back.

Doors were closed at 11 so we went in the drive thru, we ordered online for points waited well over 30 minutes got up to the windows at 11:38 they said they wont cook anymore tenders. We can't get our money back due to it being processed. The a$$ at the window said to pull around and they'll make us our food. Just make our food to begin with when its been 38 minutes and they close at midnight. We ordered a hour before. And spend nearly an hour in line. Then asked us what our sides were 3 times and gave us the wrong ones. They only get good reviews was cus the food is good

The worker was really nice but she did mess up a little on our order. We walked in and the place was gross. Dirty tables, wall, soda, over following trash, and only one worker looked like she was doing anything. Not to mention my partner is now sick from food poisoning’s after eating the 2 piece chicken. I like kfc but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again. Kudos to the nice worker though. She was super sweat. The food, not so much. Should have read reviews first…

So bad. If you like KFC, don't go to this one. Food is terrible and not representative of what KFC should taste like. It's gross. And they got multiple things wrong in our order after a very long wait at the window for them to fill our order. Had a bad experience a couple of years ago and decided to give it another chance. It was not a fluke -- the place (this location) is just bad.
