Ordered 4 piece leg & thigh meal with mashed potatoes & Cole slaw. Didn’t even come close to getting what I ordered. Got Mac n cheese not Cole Slaw, didn’t get legs & thighs. This is second time I didn’t get correct order. I went inside this time to order. Won’t be back

Cashier has a great attitude. But..long wait for cold food. New chicken burrito, the chicken nuggets at least there were only 2 tiny nuggets in a full size $6 burrito were so overcooked I couldn't chew it. Tables were very sticky. Bathroom was filthy and no toilet paper. I would not go back.

Doors were closed at 11 so we went in the drive thru, we ordered online for points waited well over 30 minutes got up to the windows at 11:38 they said they wont cook anymore tenders. We can't get our money back due to it being processed. The a$$ at the window said to pull around and they'll make us our food. Just make our food to begin with when its been 38 minutes and they close at midnight. We ordered a hour before. And spend nearly an hour in line. Then asked us what our sides were 3 times and gave us the wrong ones. They only get good reviews was cus the food is good

The worker was really nice but she did mess up a little on our order. We walked in and the place was gross. Dirty tables, wall, soda, over following trash, and only one worker looked like she was doing anything. Not to mention my partner is now sick from food poisoning’s after eating the 2 piece chicken. I like kfc but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again. Kudos to the nice worker though. She was super sweat. The food, not so much. Should have read reviews first…

So bad. If you like KFC, don't go to this one. Food is terrible and not representative of what KFC should taste like. It's gross. And they got multiple things wrong in our order after a very long wait at the window for them to fill our order. Had a bad experience a couple of years ago and decided to give it another chance. It was not a fluke -- the place (this location) is just bad.

Some of the stupidest people there are they forgot $20 dollars worth of food and refused to give a refund had to file a dispute from my bank scummy place avoid this location at all costs

This KFC is a good place to stop if in a pinch to find something to eat short walk from the freightliner dealer for those that are waiting for service. Staff was friendly and prompt. Food was slightly above average for KFC not the best I've had however it was up there.

I wouldn’t even give them A one star after the way I saw the kid with the red hair treat a person tonight who just happened to be my daughters uncle just because he is Arabic the kid was automatically rude disrespectful and he had someone in his call and say they wanted a famous bowl and he was can I add something to which the kid replied yeah but u have to pay for it first like no shit smart mouth he knows that no need of you being as disrespectful as you were tonight to my brother in law pretty sure you wouldn’t like someone treating your family member like that bet I. Will be calling the manager and complaining

Paid $35 for an 8 pc. The mashed potatoes were edible and so were the biscuits . The Coleslaw must have been at least a day old , and judging from the chicken I got , they were a day old too . 1 breast was okay , but the wings and legs were both so dry I couldn't get any meat off them and had to throw them away . The other 3 pieces were so dry I had to take a drink after each bite . The Coleslaw tasted sour . I won't be going to KFC for a long time

Always rude. We don't go often but when we do it's just the worst costumer service I've literally ever seen. Management seems just as bad. So many of them are always just horribly rude but a younger woman with short black hair was probably the rudest human I've ever interacted with in food service ever. That is saying a lot because it's typical these days to deal with rudeness, but not like that. Totally uncalled for. I was kind and smiled and she just acted like a terrible human. Quite miserable. I'll pray for ya, because you need it!
