every order I get recently is incorrect. Drive thru takes 20+ minutes to get through at non-peak hours. food has wrong items on it I.E. McChicken smothered in onions and a burger with nothing on it.

This is actually the worst McDonald’s in the entire state. Always long lines, extremely rude staff and absolutely no customer service. I ordered through the app and my boyfriend went to pick up the food. They said the order wasn’t there, after proving there was an order they said because the phone wasn’t there they got no order on there end. I have ordered food from them and he has gone and picked it up without my phone several times so that was a lie. He was told we would have to cancel it and get a refund through the app but the app would not allow the order to be canceled due to the order being in process. After my boyfriend argued with several staff he finally got my money refunded which they did not want to like this money was coming out of their own pocket. I will never go to this McDonald’s again and I suggest everyone else takes their business elsewhere if they want any sort of customer service.

They gave me my order, then took form of payment. I waited several mins to get my card back before being able to leave. Otherwise, fairly fast service.

So unprofessional and extremely rude. I placed an order and when payment was received to then be told they don't have my order. I have all the proof that it was received. I will never ever go there again and don't recommend anyone else goes there either

dont get doordash from here, your food will be cold. As a driver I can see them prioritizing orders before deliveries as the food just sits there. Slowest McDonald's ive ever delivered for.

I came here on November 29th 2025 and the service was much worse than usual. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, just for them to give us the wrong cheeseburgers, and a black coffee instead of a coke. I am usually considerate of new employees but both employees working in the drive through seemed like they had never worked a day in their life. They asked us to repeat what we wanted 4 times yet they still messed up. Three cars sped out of the drive through as they were waiting along with us in the line.

This place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes I get my food in 5 minutes and other times you wait in line for 45 minutes. If you spend 20 minutes in line, it's best to go to Burger King down the road. My food tonight was cold because it took so long to get.

Pulled up for a drive-thru at 10:35pm on a Saturday and the staff told us that we would be the last customers for the night which was fine because we understood that they were closing at 11pm. Then as we pulled up to the window, it says there's new hours which is AT MIDNIGHT. The staff even sounded rude and rushed when we were ordering the food. My friends and I were being respectful and considerated of the times and people behind us. We had some missing orders as the result which left everyone very upsetting. The staff did not greet or provide any customer service, not even try. This is easy so far the worst Macdonald's franchise I have been in in Maine.
