Went in to get a takeout coffee. Waited 25mins inside and got the wrong coffee. I don't recommend going there if you're in a hurry or if your time is somewhat valuable.

This location is horrible. They will make every car in line pull to a spot and wait from the drive thru. Happens every single time I go here. I have to pull up and wait for one cheeseburger everytime I get here it’s absurd. Other locations only have u pull up when they are slammed this location makes everybody park which makes everything take way longer what happened to normal drive thru procedures

I just went thru the drive thru and it’ll be my last. I ordered 3 things total came out to be 12.06 I got to the window to pay and the kid said I need another dollar, I said for what… he said it’s 14 something I think he said so I said no that’s not right so I paid him an extra dollar and gave me the receipt and no change, so bottom line he stole money from me. Thats not right… told the other staff members and the manager didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing either… I said it’s fine it’s whatever but he took money from me and no change. Do better McDonald’s

Make sure you have all your stuff if you're taking it to go.. I've had to call several times. Most times they put your name on some board so when you go in next time you'll get what they missed.. But that doesn't always happen.. It makes you feel stupid when you say your names on the board and they say no it's not...I won't let that happen again.. check your bags to see if it's all there because half the time they won't put your name on that board.. didn't be in a hurry to leave.. check to see if it is all there..

Did mobile order and the order was completely messed up. Manager was boosting about being number 1. Your not #1 if your messing up orders. I had no ketchup and no pickles and both were on my sandwich. Never again will I go to this McDonald's

WOW - I've been going to this location for a very long time and I gotta say my experience today was HORRIBLE. A co-worker and I placed a drive thru order for 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries. Total cost should be under $10, and we were quoted $9.xx. At the drive up, the agent wanted to charge us $12 and change. My coworker stated that it should be just under $10 and paid the correct amount. When our order came up, the employee gave us 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 small fry. We went into the store and the manager, (a young woman) claimed that since we did not get a receipt, she would not honor our original order. VERY RUDE. Anyway, we then went to call the number posted at the drive thru and guess what - DISCONNECTED. Taylor Gobel the owner operator, will be hearing from us.

Ordered a burger through doordash, asked for no pickles and onions and all they did was take apart an old Burger pull the pickle off and stick the patties with onions still stuck in the cheese onto a new bun. Fast food workers are pathetic. Stop asking for more money you're exactly where you need to be, earning exactly what you're supposed to. Managers are clearly not overseeing production in the right way.
No real complaints this visit. Some previous visits have been sub-par seemingly due to a younger staff getting overwhelmed during busier times.

Having people pull into a parking spot to wait for food is ridiculous. The protocol has always been: order, pay, then get your food. Not move out of the way so we can serve the people behind you. If you can take my money, you should give me my food. And I know you’re probably doing this to keep ticket times down. It’s nonsense, do better.
