This place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes I get my food in 5 minutes and other times you wait in line for 45 minutes. If you spend 20 minutes in line, it's best to go to Burger King down the road. My food tonight was cold because it took so long to get.
Make sure you have all your stuff if you're taking it to go.. I've had to call several times. Most times they put your name on some board so when you go in next time you'll get what they missed.. But that doesn't always happen.. It makes you feel stupid when you say your names on the board and they say no it's not...I won't let that happen again.. check your bags to see if it's all there because half the time they won't put your name on...
Some of the staff are extremely rude but there are some that are very very nice, they put on way too much ketchup or whatever the sauce may be on the sandwich and it will be very messy if you are on the go and you go to open the wrappe, so if they could just fix that it would be much better
