Takes too long to arrive and the bagels aren’t that good. We asked for egg and cheese and they didn’t put much in it and the everything bagel was too salty. If you’re from New York you’re not gonna like this place unless they change, be prepared.

Took an entire 36min Phish song to get my basic bagel. Boring food. But phish was playing so it's cool.
The number 1 negative was the prices on the internet were a lot less than in the Westbrook Mr. Bagel.Coffee is almost always not hot enough.Food was mediocre. Probobly won't return.

It seems like almost every time I order food here there's some kind of problem. Half the time you can't even order online. Today I ordered food and got stuck in construction on the way there. Which meant I was going to arrive 1 minute before they closed I tried to call three or four times but nobody answered the phone. I got to the door at 12:59 and of course it was locked. I've already paid for my food so I would kind of like it since they're still supposed to be open. I knocked on the door four or five times and all the employees inside just ignored me. So I banged again a little harder and still was ignored. Say moved over to one of the bigger windows and knocked on that and finally somebody looked at me grab my food and brought it to the door and told me that if I was going to have an attitude like that to not come back.... I explained that I tried to call and he told me he answered the call which did not happen in real life because I never spoke to anyone. Definitely not wasting my time ordering food here again the staff are rude the service is awful. The guy that brought me my food told me not to "freak out". This wouldn't be the first time that I've sent my money to them and not received my food so I won't be wasting time with this location ever again.

Yes the customer service is great and it’s in a convenient location but when I compare this location to the forest ave location . I have to give it to forest ave. The food here does not taste cooked enough and does not taste fresh. Even though my order is the same at both locations.
