Yes the customer service is great and it’s in a convenient location but when I compare this location to the forest ave location . I have to give it to forest ave. The food here does not taste cooked enough and does not taste fresh. Even though my order is the same at both locations.
Love this place so much. The staff are so friendly and personable, and the choices of bagels, spreads, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches are extensive, including veggie sausage if you choose.
The iced coffee cups and nice and large.

Sesame bagel is the best I've ever had (sesame seeds on top AND bottom!) The bakery makes its own cream cheese. The best! Everything and Poppy bagels get the top/bottom present as well.
