Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott

These desserts are not only visually stunning but also some of the best I have ever tasted. The small-batch quality was evident in every bite. I honestly wish I could get married again just to enjoy these treats! Jessica’s brownies are by far the best I’ve ever had, and many of our guests commented that the cake was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. She also added beautiful floral accents to the setup, perfectly complementing our theme. I highly recommend her for any special occasion.

We had an incredible experience with Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott for our October wedding! The desserts were absolutely amazing — there was almost nothing left over because our guests couldn’t get enough. The cake was stunning and exactly what I had envisioned, both in design and taste.

Set-up, delivery, and breakdown were seamless, which made everything stress-free on the day of the wedding. The vendor was so sweet and easy to work with. My only hesitation was that communication could have been better throughout the process. If you're a bride who values frequent updates or detailed communication, this might not be the bakery for you.

That said, the quality and professionalism were top-notch, and I would absolutely work with Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott again. Highly recommend!

I needed "Fancy" cupcakes for a friends party and Jessica went above and beyond creating the most beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen. The taste, texture and frosting were BEYOND delicious and everyone was asking where I got them. I will be spreading the word on this "local" talented baker. To top it off she delivered them right to my door!

Jessica created the most stunning dessert table for our wedding - we were truly blown away. Not to mention, every single thing on that table was delicious! We had guests coming up to us all evening saying how yummy everything was! We could not recommend Jessica more highly for any and all dessert needs.

We had Jessica provide the desserts for our wedding and everyone was saying how delicious it was. These were possibly the best cupcakes, brownies, and cake we have ever had. Jessica was so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely use Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott in the future.

We used Jessica for our wedding cake baker on December 3rd and were very happy with our experience. From the moment that I first got in touch with her, Jessica was very nice, professional and so easy to work with! She asked me a lot of good questions to figure out what we wanted the style of our cake to be and also had some great ideas as well. The tasting went great as well, she gave us cupcakes to take home and try. She even gave us a few extra cupcakes as well which was very nice of her. We had originally hired her when our wedding was going to be in Maine. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move our wedding to New Hampshire and she very nicely delivered our cake to our venue. I cannot thank her enough for doing that, it meant so much to us! The cake was super yummy as well! We would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a cake for their wedding or other event, she's just so talented!

Jessica baked two cakes for my daughter’s first birthday party and our experience was fantastic! She made a smash cake from an inspo photo we shared with her of a knit hat and the finished cake was adorable! The coordinating cake for the rest of the party was designed to match perfectly. The actual cake was phenomenal- moist, flavorful, and the perfect amount of sweetness. Most guests came back for a second piece! Between the two cakes, we tried 3 flavors and I honestly don’t know which was the best. It was all SO good. Jessica delivered them right to our door, which made it easy on us the day of the party. I cannot say enough good things. My son’s birthday is coming up and we’ll be ordering another cake for sure!

Jessica did an amazing job on our recent wedding! Everyone loved the cupcakes and our cutting cake was beautiful. She was able to meet all of our asks and customized it to what we wanted. Very easy to communicate with, and was even able to make a few of our cupcakes gluten free and/or vegan. Highly recommend!

Jessica's desserts are to die for. We didn't want a traditional cake for our wedding and she was able to come up with a customized dessert table and donut wall for us instead. The apple cider donuts were so thick and amazing, our guests were so happy with everything. The presentation of the desserts was also gorgeous and right on point with the aesthetic of our venue decor for the wedding. Thank you so much Jess!

First off, Jessica is absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to work with! She did our cake and specialty State of Maine sugar cookies for our wedding and everything was delicious and absolutely beautiful. Jessica was so helpful in helping us nail down all the dessert details and was so gracious to provide a tasting box to help us decide on our cake flavor.
