The people are generally nice here. But PLEASE STOP SKIMPING ON DRESSING!!!! Every time I order a salad and put extra dressing and this is what I get! This is not enough dressing and it leads me to have to go in and ask for more every time even though I put extra. This is half a container, a small container at that. This is not extra. I am writing this because it has been like this for months. Never used to have this problem. This is not even a regular container of dressing. Do better please!!! Fill your containers!

I ordered 32 boxed lunches to go for a corporate retreat and everything was made perfectly. We were so impressed not only with the catering service, but the high quality of food. The salads had dark green lettuce, and the sandwiches were stacked high with ingredients. Condiments were on the side, just as I requested. Thanks for the fabulous lunch!

I love Panera Greek salad and i just got the worst one ever. I have been ordering this salad for years. Old lettuce, hardly any ingredients. It was awful. The chocolate cookies are still delicious.

My Mac and cheese was cold. I understand the drive to my house mightve cooled it off a little but it was like ice cold. My bread was also stale. You have bread in your name how can you mess it up.
Went for lunch and got the new chicken salad sandwich that looked delicious from the picture! When it came it looked nothing like the picture but like cat food. A spoonful. The chunks of chicken in the picture were minced. The chicken salad was about the amount I would give to a 2 year old. Very disappointed.

Overall I really enjoy this Panera Bread! Great display of choices! Drink selection is awesome and the food is consistent which I always enjoy! I love the name board that lets you know when your order is ready! Green Goddess Cobb Salad is the bomb! Get it!

Amazing people work their, they are so genuine and kind. fantastic food! Very clean and quite place if you are looking a place to Just sit and eat while doing some work on your laptop or something. Have A Quiet meal with a friend/ friends And don't like loud places, this is a calm environment. I love it!
Absolutely disgusting! This place has definitely gone downhill. Placed in online order, half the order was missing. The veggie sandwich was filled with wet soggy veggies loaded with what seemed like a whole container of hummus. The “cooking staff” was argumentative and unprofessional. The manager didn’t look to care much. My daughter’s order on a children’s meal was so hot it was unsafe to eat! Come on it’s a child’s meal order off the childrens menu. Do better! One sandwich had a hair in it. We tossed the whole thing out. When I called the store even because it was an online order they refused to do a refund unless I came in the store. Not worth eating there ever. Like just don’t bother and head over to chipotle instead next door.
