BEST PANERA ON PLANET EARTH!!!! This location deserves an award and ABSOLUTELY deserves your next visit for lunch! Clean, friendly staff, quick service and most of all, the BEST MANAGER I have ever encountered while enjoying food service. He was a true gentleman and took care of our large party (14 +guest) as though we were members of his own family. COME HERE, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED

Every time I order here the online orders run behind whether it’s busy or dead inside. Many times the bag is just sitting open in the back waiting for someone to close it.
I stopped ordering avocado toast due to it being incredibly pricey and all I was getting was slices of avocado not even on the toast, it’s thrown in off the side most times and I have to put it back together.
I stopped ordering salads cause I ask for extra dressing and it’s either missing or they all have nothing in it. It looks like the container was given a layer of dressing to outline the plastic and no actual dressing inside.
Now the sandwiches are often tossed together and all over the place or missing ingredients and it takes so long to even get the food out that it’s not worth having to wait for someone to talk to to have them take even longer to fix it.
This place is probably one of the worst Panera spots I’ve been to. Do better.

I order Panera all the time and today when I was picking up an order yesterday my drink was missing. Not only did the manager come over right away and help me, another 2 employees were also exceptionally nice/ offered to help in the process. They remade my smoothie of course but it was the genuine kindness that I really appreciated.

Over the past several months this location continues to disappoint. Wrong orders, missed items, improperly made sandwiches, poor attitude and service from the staff. Yesterday was icing on the cake when I went to pick up my online order - that i was told in an email was ready - only to find they were out of Turkey and I needed to make another selection. I will not go back to this location.

The people are generally nice here. But PLEASE STOP SKIMPING ON DRESSING!!!! Every time I order a salad and put extra dressing and this is what I get! This is not enough dressing and it leads me to have to go in and ask for more every time even though I put extra. This is half a container, a small container at that. This is not extra. I am writing this because it has been like this for months. Never used to have this problem. This is not even a regular container of dressing. Do better please!!! Fill your containers!

Took about 20 minutes to finally get the food but other than that it was exceptional food.
I ordered 32 boxed lunches to go for a corporate retreat and everything was made perfectly. We were so impressed not only with the catering service, but the high quality of food. The salads had dark green lettuce, and the sandwiches were stacked high with ingredients. Condiments were on the side, just as I requested. Thanks for the fabulous lunch!
