Called in a takeout order, picked it up last night at 9:30pm. Service was wonderful, the gentleman who helped me on the phone and at the counter was friendly!! Pizza was oily but good. :)

I had walked in to it seem to be a clean atmosphere with one older lady in front of me waiting for her pizza. As I walked in, I didn't realize the large table in the middle of the room had several long strands of hair on it as if it had not been cleaned any while. The other countertops table tops were cleaned, though couple of them did seem a little dusty as I'm sure nobody has actually sat in the eat for a while, needing them to be cleaned. The bathroom was clean. The two guys prepping the food, one wearing large earmuffs, listening to music I believe in the other male wearing earbuds, listening to music. I would also assume. No, they could hear it may have taken usually a second time to get their attention to listen to you. The woman that was in front of me, and had to remind them that she also needed the dipping sauce that she had paid for. After making sure her order was right, she didn't left. Two minutes later, she came back in because her food was not cut so they could actually be eaten by her and her husband. how are you seeing my food look good I'm not your tasted but for $30 one small pan one large pizza I would expect the better taste good.
The pizza and the wings did taste good. The pizza was fresh and crisp in some areas. However, it was kind of do he like, and other areas though it tasted good it was nothing spectacular to write home about.

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here a couple of times. I can agree that sometimes the food is just “meh,” and I hadn’t realized that icing for the cinnamon sticks was extra. Last night, I added it to my order and was a little confused when I opened the lid to, “No icing sorry,” but also a little container of something else. They cleverly substituted the icing I had ordered with cream cheese frosting that usually goes with the mini cinnamon rolls. It was just as good, so I can’t be mad. ?? Good job, team!

Very inconsistent food from this location. The last visit was just meh. The service was no bueno. Too bad because I'm sure they have the product, tools, and structure to succeed. They seemed to lack leadership. They waited until our order was being boxed to mention they did not have the sauce that accompanied the item.

I ordered delivery and was accidentally brought a personal pan instead of my medium pizza and the driver was so understanding and immediately went back and got the correct pizza and was very kind throughout the entire interaction.

This place sucks in general 0 customer service skills no greeting of any customer sat there in the waiting area 20 mins waiting for any to even notice i was there would give negative rating if i could no name tags bathrooms were nasty as hell will not return to this location
Put in an order at 8:30PM for delivery and when it was 20 minutes late I called the store. No reason why or how it was cancelled. They hung up on me when I asked why. Manager appears to be trash and feel sorry for the workers.

Pizza prices in store is different than on the app. Order from the app. When arrived I did and saved. Food was well prepared. Ordered a three topping medium and a one topping pan box with fries. Well done specifications ensured it was cooked properly. Small store so better for takeout.

Always loved Pizza Hut, ordered online and picked up within 20 minutes. The online order did say the order would be ready an hour later than originally shown before placing the order, but when I Arrived at the store it was clear the online confirmation was wrong as it was nearly 5 minutes away from being completed.Food was great and fresh, interior was clean and plenty of seating to dine in, but this is not a full size Pizza Hut so Dine In is simply cafe style.
