My review is not about the service or food. Both are excellent. We have been attending outside concerts at Valle Square in Westbrook for the past two years. Concerts start at 7pm and we arrive at Portland Pie by 5pm as we have been told countless times that there is no reserved seating. It's always first come first served. We arrived on Thursday, August 22 before 5pm and every table was reserved. We inquired to the waitstaff inside and were told the owner reserved all the tables. We could either sit inside or at the few chairs making ordering food and drinks very inconvenient. We were told by some of the outside waitstaff that other people were also upset and complaining about the reserved tables. We were very disappointed in the double standard and decided to eat elsewhere.

Great, vegan pizza! Not all pizza parlors carry vegan cheese, but Portland Pie does. And it is so good. I do miss their whole wheat crusts; I really liked them, but I guess there wasn’t enough demand. But this is still absolutely fabulouspizza.
Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese!

Food was good enough, but we waiting for 15 minutes after finishing food/drinks with zero attention. A refill and another slice would have been nice. My partner had to go up and request the refill and slice… waiter still has yet to be seen. Felt like cafeteria style dining. We paid and left.

Ordered delivery. ETA kept changing and delivery was off by an hour. Food was icy cold and not delivered per instructions. I can’t say I’d recommend.

I last went to Portland Pie when it was in Manchester and was not enthralled with the food. I was persuaded to give it another try by my partner who loves their (grossly overpriced) GF pizzas. I had the pasta with bacon in a pink sauce which had a nasty, slimy texture and was not nice at all. Also, the server took ages to take our drink and food order, despite the place being really empty. Overall, I remain very unimpressed and won’t be back.

Service was great, no wait to be seated, I thought the nacho chips were skimpy on the toppings, the top layer was good but the bottom was just chips and they offered small containers of salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Parking: Parking is behind the building and a little difficult to find
Wheelchair accessibility: Large wide aisles, does go up hill

I love Portland Pie, but the Westbrook location is terrible. Service is lacking and it’s not managed well. I’ve been three times over the past six months and had to just walk out the last time. No service, or service so slow it moves at a glacial pace.

It wasn't bad. It just wasn't the best pizza I've had. I would go back though.
