My husband stop today a little after 2 and didn’t realize they were closed but they very nice owner got him the cupcakes that I wanted. I’ve been down with a fractured back for 2 months and wanted something sweet🩷Thank You
I had the best omelette I’ve had in years. Not only that but there is an amazing book section! I wish it was closer to where I live, because I would go there often!
Excellent customer service. Free lending library of Christian resources and books available is exceptional. Plenty of healthy menu options.
Vegetarian options: Soup and salad menus have vegetarian options, though vegan options are limited. Sandwiches can also be made vegetarian/vegan. Plant based milk options are available for coffee and tea. Baked good selection has gluten-free options, but sadly, none were vegan when we visited.
Dietary restrictions: Limited options for gluten-free vegans outside of soup and salad options.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Very.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Decided to stop at this place on a drive back from a wedding in Maine, looked and sounded lovely. Keyword, sounded.
I’ll give them a point for ambiance but other than this, this cafe is not a spot I would ever recommend. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, bacon egg & cheese, a latte, and a smoothie.
They told us it would be a 25 minute wait, which we thought was a little rough but fine, we could wait. Coffee was quick, but they didn’t put my smoothie order in so I had to go up after waiting 30 minutes for both food & smoothie to then reorder the smoothie which was forgotten in the order.
The food took another 15 minutes (45 minutes total!), and they were the tiniest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. My CBR was just a BLT with one (count it!) one thin slice of chicken, hardly any sauce. BEC wasn’t good either.
On top of this most of the staff was unkind. I understand they were busy, but it threw us off even more.
Don’t go here.

The food is good if you can actually get someone to answer the phone and take your order. I often am left trying to call for 30+ minuets and get a busy tone or the voicemail. I usually end up choosing a different option for lunch as I do not have time to order in cafe and wait for it to be made.

This experience was frankly quite awful. I went on my birthday to grab a quick coffee before more activities in the day and it took 20 minutes. Granted they were busy but when they said our order name we went to grab it and nothing was there. We asked for it to be made again and were met with unkind service. They made one drink but forgot the second and were even more bothered to make that drink. The cup cakes we got were dry and the whole experience was just, again, unpleasant. Would not recommend.

REALLY wanted to love this local place. I’ve been twice. Actually, three times.
Visit one was about a month ago. Easy order. Two blueberry muffins to go. Paid for two. Arrived home. One muffin.
Visit two was a return for the other muffin.
Visit three was today. Maple bacon breakfast sandwich on a bagel and a blueberry muffin. After waiting ten minutes (I know because I had to restart my car for the AC at 9 minutes) and seeing two people who came in after me receive their orders I inquire. First the cook told they didn’t arrive first. ? How would she know from the kitchen? “Coming next.”” I inquire why I waited longer. “Theirs was on a bagel.” Mine is supposed to be. “No it’s not,” as she proceeded to tell me what I had ordered. I repeated my actual order and she offered to remake it, but I didn’t want to wait any longer. I took the whatever they made me sandwich and muffin and left.
My partner is eating breakfast now. And guess what, even the muffin is wrong.
Disappointing as others seem to really love this place. I’ve had bad luck both times.

This place hits like the scene in hangover when Mike Tyson blindsides Zach Galifianakis with a punch. Dishonor to you if you drive by without stopping. Outrageously good food, drink, and attitude exist inside this building. Big fan of their black tea with some milk and honey. Make sure you don't leave without a morning maple bacon sandwich either. Quality ingredients. No bullshit. I stop here every chance I get.
