i come here very often, i went to get a drink alittle bit ago and asked the manager reid for 2 separate orders and his response was “uhh i guess but it’s kind of late for that” in an extremely rude tone his tone is always aggressive at this starbucks and he is the only person ive dealt with there being rude.

Came in here to get some work done and the green/ blue haired man that took my order was incredibly rude, I normally tip $1-2 minimum at every place that I eat out at, I’m pretty sure this is the only place I’ve ever not tipped at. Definitely won’t be back to this location absolutely ever, I’ve never had my order taken so hostilely before anywhere ever. Drinks were good, service was absolutely unacceptable.

I stopped by this Starbucks around 8 p.m, about 30 minutes before closing, and unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience. The person taking my order was rude over the speaker, sighing and sounding annoyed. Then I heard him talking about me through the speaker as I pulled up, which felt super unprofessional.
At the window, I handed over a $20 bill and the barista, Reid, snapped at me saying they don’t take cash. I get the policy, but his tone was way too aggressive. The whole interaction just felt unnecessarily hostile. Definitely not the experience I expect from Starbucks.

The service was slow, the store itself was filthy. It has a large L shaped patio with only one trash can which was by the door and overflowing. Really disappointing as most Starbucks are clean and staff are friendly- There were 6 people working but still slow!

First time at this location, and I wouldn’t go back. Our breakfast sandwiches were fine but they messed up all three of our drink orders. Added vanilla syrup to my toddlers milk steamer without asking and she would not touch it, burned the espresso shot on my husbands cappuccino really badly and gave me a black cold brew coffee when I asked for vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I’d let it slide without a review on a holiday weekend if they were packed and rushed but we were the only people in the store at the time. Not the quality I expect from a Starbucks.
Considering I spend about (my morning coffee of $6.96) $2,506 a year in Starbucks I think I should be able to go in and use a bathroom without making a purchase. Traveled up to Maine for weekend trip from Massachusetts and was met with high grade locks on bathrooms that I have NEVER SEEN back at home. Never mind the bathroom wasn’t even clean. Ridiculous is spending $3 on can of sparkling water to get code and leave it in the bathroom because you never wanted in the first place. Will be heavily rethinking where I buy my morning coffee for as long as I’m in Maine that’s for sure!
