The atmosphere is great but the coffee is not as good as dunkins across the street. Not worth dealing with the parking lot

First time at this location, and I wouldn’t go back. Our breakfast sandwiches were fine but they messed up all three of our drink orders. Added vanilla syrup to my toddlers milk steamer without asking and she would not touch it, burned the espresso shot on my husbands cappuccino really badly and gave me a black cold brew coffee when I asked for vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I’d let it slide without a review on a holiday weekend if they were packed and rushed but we were the only people in the store at the time. Not the quality I expect from a Starbucks.

Considering I spend about (my morning coffee of $6.96) $2,506 a year in Starbucks I think I should be able to go in and use a bathroom without making a purchase. Traveled up to Maine for weekend trip from Massachusetts and was met with high grade locks on bathrooms that I have NEVER SEEN back at home. Never mind the bathroom wasn’t even clean. Ridiculous is spending $3 on can of sparkling water to get code and leave it in the bathroom because you never wanted in the first place. Will be heavily rethinking where I buy my morning coffee for as long as I’m in Maine that’s for sure!

This Starbucks decided it was appropriate to install high-tech locks on their bathroom, to make sure only allowed people could use them. I won't be back since they exibit this level of suspicion for their customers.

Tried to grab a coffee at 7:27 PM on a Friday when they supposedly close at 8:30. The doors were already locked and the staff ignored me.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I come I wait at least 15 min with only a few cars ahead of me.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would, the staff was rude. And it was unbelievably slow we sat in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes. When we got to the window the women gave nothing but attitude and was exceptionally rude. Rolling her eyes, whipping her hair around. I understand that customer service can be stressful but you need to be able to hold your composure in front of customers.

The fact that some people aren’t welcomed in this establishment is wild. There are people that are scared to go in because the employees talk poorly about there customers and spreading lies I recommend firing the one teen that started it all.

I went in to pick up a mobile order (no one greeted us or said anything). I waited awhile and as people that came in after me received their
Drinks, I simply asked the young barista making the drinks if he received my order. He looked at me extremely annoyed and said that they were backed up and he couldn’t check. I told him I just wanted to make sure that they received my order, he again looked at me very annnoued and said that he was too busy and he wasn’t going to check because of that. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks over the years and many different parts of the country and other countries and I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks in my life. I will continue to go to Starbucks, but not this location. This young barista really needs a quick lesson in customer service. There was a much more professional and courteous way to share this information about being busy besides being snippy, and rude about it. I left without my drink.
