The woman with the headset and her curly hair up is AMAZING. I wish I knew her name. She always goes above and beyond for the customers. I saw her checking in with coworkers to make sure they were ok as well. THIS is a star employee. Only reason I knocked a star was due to Reid... He's always in a seemingly bad mood and scolds customers. I was scolded three times in the span on five minutes and made to feel like my request and question was putting him personally out. Not...

I never really write reviews but the staff this morning of 11/9 was absolutely phenomenal. When they saw someone was standing by the pick up a little bit longer, they went out of their way to ask us what our name was and check on the status of our order. They were above and beyond exceptional with their customer service.
