The woman with the headset and her curly hair up is AMAZING. I wish I knew her name. She always goes above and beyond for the customers. I saw her checking in with coworkers to make sure they were ok as well. THIS is a star employee. Only reason I knocked a star was due to Reid... I never really write reviews but the staff this morning of 11/9 was absolutely phenomenal. When they saw someone was standing by the pick up a little bit longer, they went out of their way to ask us what our name was and check on the status of our order. They were above and beyond exceptional with their customer service.

Hoping the people who work here get some relief and this location is staffed appropriately. The drinks are always good and the people are super friendly but it’s never, ever quick. Often the inside is closed so you have to pick your mobile order up from a window to the side. This is not communicated in the app when you order so when you get your time estimate for your order to be ready, tack on an extra 10 minutes.
