I come to this one for the KFC in Windham is worse. I always order the same thing, which is boneless chicken tenders & the fries combo, and I get my drink with no ice. About 50% of the time they get it correct. But, I have had attitude given when I told them at the window that I had asked for no ice, and they brought it with ice. Food is ALWAYS soggy and what seems partially cooked, but that is what I believe is the norm with KFC. I always throw it into my convection oven when I get home for 5 - 10 min to crispen them up a bit.
I went there yesterday evening, and the girl at the window must have been having a bad day sine she was showing it. Overall, still better than Windhams.

For as expensive as Cheesy Gordita crunches are, I expect that they’re atleast made correctly.. barely any cheese inbetween the layers - and despite waiting 5-7 minutes at the window waiting for food.. it still came out cold/lukewarm.

i specifically asked for a grilled cheese burrito, and they don’t have cheese and it’s the wrong thing, i’m not stingy so i ate it still but the guy in the drive thru was practically yelling at me because i asked what the options were😔😭 they also forgot my drink🥲🥲🥲
The food is typical and nothing really out of character, but the employees are super nice.

Went in and ordered a luxe box and a couple supreme tacos , didn’t make the tacos supreme and all the food was cold. When we went to return it the manager challenged us about the cold food as we were trying to be polite about it. My friend and I aren’t very picky eaters but they gave us a hard time about it. Won’t be going back there ever again.
