Cannot love this place enough. Food, phenomenal. Customer service, on point. I've thought of opening a bookstore and having their pastries served but the economy sucks. Can't say enough good things about The Bakers Bench though.

The best bakery in the area. They have the Best cream horns I’ve ever had in my life. They are Perfection! All others pale in comparison. Their sandwiches are also amazing. Huge portions with quality ingredients in their amazing bread. Love The Bakers Bench. Go there. You won’t be disappointed. 😄

Around 7:15am, my son and I decided to stop here to get a bite to eat. As I pulled into the driveway, we were greeted by a very angry woman! She yelled at me for parking in a space that was only meant for old white women, apparently? There were no cars in the driveway as we pulled into the place of business, I parked in a spot that wouldn't be in the way. As we did this, I was met with a very angry woman trying to direct me where to and not to go. I'm not even sure why this woman was out in the lot in the first place? We were the first and only one in the parking lot at the time of this happening. Next, she directed me to turn around in this tiny spot and back into a spot that didn't seem plausible. As soon as I moved my car, an old white woman pulled into the exact same place we were just in. The very angry woman said nothing to this particular woman and continued to have me play hop scotch with my car. I was not very impressed with the customer service at this point, especially with my child in the car. The lady who pulled into the space I was in prior to moving had nothing said to her as she walked right past angry lady and into the line? Why was this all very directed at me? Next thing you know, we are last in line, and I can overhear this very upset mid30s angry woman telling a customer friend of hers she has had a horrible morning and puts her head in her hands, like another dropped muffin is going throw her over the edge. The food is great, the prices are fair but the one lady who acts very entitled has got to go! I have a health condition that makes it very hard for me to get things done, and this woman acted like she was the only one stressed out going thru something! Why? What's the issue, lady? Put up designated places for people to park, and you won't have to direct traffic or apparently just me. Thanks for the business, and I'm sorry for the delay. That should be the only thing being said. Anything else is just extra....
