IN WINDHAM ME…. One section only to order, to pick up, and waiting to have your name called. Meanwhile, people walking in to buy a soda go right ahead of you. It’s not even controlled chaos. Also management allows cashiers to ask for tips. Apparently Amatos can’t pay their staff well enough. Confusing and hectic and definitely not going back to that mess.

Writing this review while I sit here eating on my lunch while listening to two young employees by the oven drop constant and loud vulgar language. Derogatory remarks. Condescending comments. I’ve been coming here for years, but that’s no longer the case.

They have a big following! Great red sauce. The dough on the white pizza was undercooked but the flavor was really good.

I will never come back to this Amotos. This place is completely ridiculous! The manager Tyson should be fired! Hot food was ready but two cold sandwiches were not, when asked about it he flipped out.

Just picked up a tuna Italian 6-27-25 and there was hair all over it. No one wants a hairy tuna.

A friend referred me here to get the Italian sub. I ordered an Italian and it was ham only. My mistake for not looking at the ingredients but who calls a ham sandwich an original Italian. That's not the reason for 3 stars. I paid quite a bit of money to have two slices of ham only. It was loaded with veggies that were delicious but thats all i could taste. I also waited for about 30 minutes at 4pm which seems a little long. The staff was very nice but surprisingly did not offer to remake it or anything.
