The visit was amazing however one teenager in the next both from us could have had a quieter conversation of her mental health and sexual experiences. The entire section could hear this girl. No one complained so it just continued. Any other time I've been here its been a great experience. Gotta take good with the bad I guess.

Went for lunch on Veterans day. Wasn't all that busy when we got there but still took a little to much time to get food. When we received our food it was cold, well mildly warm at best 🤔 waitress was decent, the times that she did stop to check on us she was nice.
Great place for a quick stop to eat. Clean and inviting. Management actually came around to check on us. The food was good and service was fast
A month ago, got burgers full of grease did the survey on the receipt and was asked to try again. Go back got another burger 100x worse, the manager replaced it and came back with a new one. I cut it, picked it up and it just dripped with him watching. I won’t be in a rush to come back.

Food is fine but holy hell they are understaffed. I did a mobile order and placed it half an hour before arriving and then for the first 10 minutes I was waiting at the host table no one even addressed me. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the two appetizers I ordered. Meanwhile tables who I watched order after I arrived were receiving their food. And if that other guy who was waiting alongside me sees this, I hope you got your food for Alisha 🫡

Went to Windham for lunch with my family yesterday. Most of the food was too salty, the FF, mozzarella sticks, and Artichoke dip. But we did eat them. But my daughter in-law ordered the Bourdon stake. She said it didn’t look as pictured. No mushrooms or sautéed onions. She asked for medium rare,it was well done. It was so tough she sent it back. The 2 hamburgers didn’t fair much better. Both were over cooked. We were disappointed.

I am a gig driver with Uber and I used to like to do pick ups from this Applebee’s because I rarely had to wait.
However, I’ve kind of quit doing these Applebee’s orders from this location because in the last four months, I’ve shown up six different times only to learn another driver already stole the food. On a few occasions I’ve driven up to 15 miles to pick up these orders only to find they were stolen an hour before.
This is a common issue with delivery driving gig work with other drivers stealing the orders. It is so infuriating when it happens .
It happens when another driver accepts an order, shows up and tells them the name of the order they are picking up. They get the food, but then on their end of the app they cancel the delivery but not the order. So then the gig such as Uber or DoorDash just sends out the pick up to another driver who arrives only to find the food was stolen by the first driver who they gave the food to, but didn’t verify that the driver had hit the confirmed received order button instead of hitting canceled delivery button.
When this happens you have an angry customer who paid and didn’t get their food. You have an angry driver who just wasted time and effort and won’t be paid anything by Uber or DoorDash and then you have another dishonest driver getting a free meal.
Usually when you try to explain what happened at a restaurant when this happens, they are completely clueless and just insist that another driver already picked it up. Even when you explain what really happened was the other driver canceled the delivery on their and after they came in and collected the food because the staff wasn’t verifying that they had hit the ‘picked up’ button on their app instead of ‘cancel’
Since this is the fault of the restaurant and the people in charge of handing over the orders, the food really should be remade, but of course they never will because they don’t want to lose money. Well, as a gig driver, I’m really tired of losing money driving multiple miles here only to get screwed because they gave the order to a driver who stole it.
The last time this happens, the host told me to take a seat and it was coming out. After I had waited for more than 20 minutes, I found out that another driver had again stole this more than an hour before.. That driver’s name was Teddy. And it’s not the first time some driver named Teddy has stolen orders I’ve shown up here to pick up. I always reached out to the customer when this happens to let them know and try to see if they remember the name of the first driver who had originally accepted their order.
