WARNING! Do not order takeout at this restaurant! They apparently held up the order to finish preparing one of the entrees (twenty extra minutes on top of the half hour they said it would take). Plus, they mixed cold and hot items together in the containers. By the time we got home, most of the hot dishes were cool/slightly warm and the cold items were about the same. Terrible!

Our waitress was pleasant, our orders were done in a timely manner, although my French fries and my friend's granddaughter's french fries were very cold, they did promptly make us new ones.

The restaurant was severely understaffed for Father's Day. The food was cold and there was an hour plus wait to get our food. The manager was extremely kind and apologetic and so was the waitress but for Father's Day they only had two cooks and only six wait staff. Will be a while before I go back.

tried to order for delivery via uber eats. in the uber eats app my order kept getting pushed to later times & delayed delivery for over an hour. about 30 minutes from the “latest delivery time” i finally call the store since uber help tells me the store is still preparing my order. the man who answered the phone couldn’t find my order & tried telling me i placed it wrong when i’m looking right at the delivery time of 10:30PM it’s now changed to (order placed before 9:30PM). Saying i placed it for the wrong time or next day, even wrong store & i found their store number on the app & he couldn’t even tell me if the store number was correct so how did i pick the wrong store when it’s the only one in my city? very disappointed in the whole experience. won’t be ordering to go & especially won’t order via uber eats since they don’t even know how to use the service they are on!!

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and got seated. She made small talk which usually doesn't happen when being seated. Our waitress was great smiling the whole time, joking around with my son and was very attentive. Our food came out pretty quick and was delicious. I left a review there but couldn't remember the waitresses name as she had us both laughing and talking. Everyone working seemed to all be in great moods. Smiling and saying hi as they walked by our table. Best Applebee's I have been to.
Rachel, our server was fantastic this evening, deftly handling several in-the-moment requests. Our meal was one of the best that we had & Rachel made sure that we had absolutely everything that we needed! Thank you!!

Went on mother's Day so it was a little hectic, but our waitress was doing a great job and the food was hot and cooked to their liking. Steaks were cooked per request and despite the holiday, there was hardly a wait to be seated. There was a mistake with our order, but it was taken care of.
