Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went through the drive thru for two small blizzards, one an M&M, one a Snickers, both with CHOCOLATE ice cream. Wait in line for about 15mins which is fine. Get to the window, take the bag with the blizzards inside and drive off. Open the bag to find two melted blizzards, ice cream all over the outside of the cups and NO napkins. After a couple of soupy bites, I cannot find ANY M&M's, same with the snickers. We dig and dig and I came up with 5 total in the entire blizzard and about a spoonful of tiny snickers pieces. The worst part.....the ice cream was VANILLA with chocolate syrup added to "make it chocolate". For someone that hates vanilla ice cream, it was horrible tasting. I ordered it with chocolate for a reason! We have tried this location multiple times and get the same soupy blizzards. The vanilla ice cream was the last straw....won't be back. Do better.

Everything was great, except they forgot my dipping sauce for my cheese curds.

Couldn’t find an online menu with prices, lobby was closed and online orders are also not a thing here, then ordered the two dbl cheeseburgers advertised as a 7dollar combo and was charged 14 dollars 🙃

This location is always stellar. Great service. Hardworking team. Even when they're crazy busy, nobody appears to be overwhelmed. This team is mostly younger people and they get it done.

Kid-friendliness: It's burgers, fries and ice cream... What kind doesn't love that??

I normally love this place but I went last night and the person in front of me waited for a while just to place his order so you could tell he was annoyed. When it was my turn, I asked for a #1 to which I had to repeat myself 3 times because the girl on the speaker and the other girls there couldn’t stop laughing. I get having fun at work it’s good but don’t be rude to your customers because you can’t stop laughing. Then pulled up to the window, they completely forgot everything we asked for and was still laughing so I was nice and waited. They gave everything and forgot the drink. I sat there and waited about 10 mins for them to finally open the window. They were standing around. They thought I was the next customer but I just asked for a drink since I paid for it. The girl said she would grab it meanwhile 2 more girls kept trying to hand me the ice creams for the car behind me. And if I was that person, I would be upset because they were so melted. I normally love this place, the food is amazing and so is the ice cream. It just seems like the workers could have been more attentive and professional

Went through drive thru. Peanut buster parfait. $7.00 wth. Crazy price, my last one. Received my order in a bag. Took it out, popped off the lid and it was soup. Went all over my pants, steering wheel, shirt and seat. Not 1 napkin in the bag. Must have been sitting out waiting for me to pull up to window. Couldn't eat it, had to go home and put in freezer. Do better.

Some 4 eyed 14 year old charged my card twice, GAVE AWFUL ATTITUDE and gave me the completely wrong order. Worst experience ever!! Please hire competent people instead of dumb 13 year olds

Ordered a blizzard, there was a small line which is fine but my blizzard just sat and melted before it was my turn in the drive thru. Ordered the M&M blizzard barely an M&M to be found. Dug around in it for a few minutes finding about 3 and then unfortunately threw the rest away. If I wanted soft serve vanilla ice cream I would have just ordered that instead of an M&M blizzard. Will unfortunately not be back for their ice cream.

This place is the same as other dqs but the slushie was so cold I had to pull iver because of the brain freeze

Standard fast food restaurant, however, very clean. The service was fast and I haven't had DQ in almost 3 years, the buster parfait was better than I remembered it
