I ordered two steak sandwiches today on 12th 82025 told them I only wanted steak cheese green peppers and onions they put mushrooms on it when I called back about it the manager hung up on me didn't even discuss the matter I don't know what kind of business this is but please never eat there especially when a manager can't even talk to you on the phone what kind of business is that

This is my first review I going out of my way to make this one because I just had a great experience with a worker I wish I got his name but this man the way he talked was so calm and pleasant. Customer service still exist some places🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Solid dominos, order here weekly and only had one order that was bad, contacted customer support and the owner was very respectful and offered complimentary order. The staff are always hard working and overwhelmingly kind.

Placed a takeout order online and wait said “52 minutes”…. Came 1 hour later knowing they would be busy on Halloween and the pizza wasn’t even started. The manager was extremely rude and said “this is the busiest day of the year and I don’t care if you have to wait longer.” As my 4 year old & 2 year old were standing next to me.
I will be seeking a refund for my order and never coming back.

2 hours for a pizza and a pasta bake, when the food finally arrived at 8pm when we ordered at 6pm. the pizza dough was raw and the pasta was burnt. never again!

Never been inside, always just order delivery and usually later at night. Order has always been right, food has always been good, and the delivery driver follows instructions every time. Honestly I have no complaints, it's a Domino's, I'm not expecting gourmet. These folks are doing it right though

Their store in windham is okay, they have been somewhat inconsistent in getting my orders right. I generally order with no garlic stuff on the crust, yet I consistently get it. The door is a trip hazard and should be addressed. I have a bad leg and ankle and have come close to rolling my ankle. The staff has been very nice there.
Parking: The road there is terrible, bumpy and falling apart.
The food was yummy but it took a very long time for it to be ready.

I dont know who the woman was who made my food, but the pizzas were so skimpy on ingredients. Idk how much in each item you put on a medium pizza but it looks like an 1/8 cup of each item. For the price I shouldn't see that weak in toppings. If this is how you serve your pizzas; please let me know and I'll go somewhere else that does it at least average.
