I won't be coming back to this place again first of all they never even asked me if I wanted different donuts they just put donuts in my six things of donuts which I'm specific on what donuts I like because I only like certain donuts and I usually don't complain but they're like $10 for a thing of doughnuts I'm not made of money I work hard for what I work for and this was a treat for me. And then I call to say something about it which usually I don't but like I said it's $10 worth of my money I work for and I get hung up on. And I've worked at a Dunkin' it would never treat someone like that

Getting a hot cocoa is impossible to find a dunkin that is NOT LIKE SUER WATER.. Disgusting.. this place was no exception , just colored dirt water.. where is the cocoa??? The water was scalding hot.. totally wasted our money for two of these.

To the man who was working drive thru around 7am this morning 12/08/2025 that handed me my coffee, who watched the lid blow off the top like a spring as soon as I took it and then watched the scalding hot coffee spill down my arm, all over the outside of my car, the window, all over my pants, the seat, and inside the door frame, and never said a word, never said I'm so sorry that happened, are you okay, only offered me some napkins and sent me on my way...just so you know, I did go there after I got out of work and made a complaint about you...perhaps you need some lessons on how to take care of your customers, lucky for you I didn't receive any burns or this could have gone a different way all together...do better, I won't be back anytime soon and that's a shame...

Placed a mobile order to save time. Well in advance of my arrival. Stoned guy with tattoos on his face in the drive through left out our donuts, half our food, and one of our drinks. Even though they’d been ordered for 15 minutes before we got there. Then he tried to tell me I didn’t have it on my order even though it was clearly on my phone

Then told us to pull up to the window where we waited for 10 minutes, and left without getting my drink. I guess he just wanted it for himself.

Terrible awful service, they should try finding better staff who actually give a crap about their work instead of arguing with customers to cover up their own garbage work ethic.

Good ice coffee.

Got a unsweetened ice tea , tasted really funky. Dumped it and went to another dunks and finally tasted normal. You can’t mess up a unsweetened tea. Also , the food was awful. Never going to this dunks again and don’t recommend, something certainly is off

Did not get the food I ordered and also the food we did get wasn't even cooked or made correctly. What a waste! Avocado toast! More like bread! Was not toasted!!! Loaded hash browns? More like hash browns with a squirt of cheese and no utensils or napkins. I could go on but iykyk. Ughhh...

This is one of the only places that's open during my morning commute so I've been there a few times - half the time my order is either wrong or just missing items like a wrap with no egg or a sandwich with the wrong meat. Completely frustrating. Never going here again.

Waited in line for my medium frozen coffee for 10 minutes and they handed me a half filled cup of mush. It tasted like they purposely added chemicals or expired goods to my beverage. I do NOT recommend giving them your service.
