Waited in line for my medium frozen coffee for 10 minutes and they handed me a half filled cup of mush. It tasted like they purposely added chemicals or expired goods to my beverage. I do NOT recommend giving them your service.

Check your food!!! Make sure that you are getting what you pay for. This is the avocado toast topped with bacon that I purchased at 8:50am this morning. Where is the bacon that I paid for. Youāre telling me this is all the bacon youāre going to provide. I order almost everyday from multiple dunks and Iāve never had this issue. Disappointed to say the least.

Woman at window was definitely off of something, swaying back and forth and slurring her words and could not come up with a sentence. She had blonde hair and seemed like she was off drugs.

Service is always really friendly and fast, but the food is sub par. Hot items are almost always cold, and the iced tea has tasted bad/old/out of date every time Iāve ordered it. No matter what time of day I go either, first thing in the morning or in the middle of the afternoon. Great people and service, just kinda bad food.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, both were just croissants. What kind of idiot forgets the bacon egg and cheese on a bacon egg and cheese sandwich? Not once, but twice. Some peopleās stupidity amazes me. Zero stars, you ruined my day Dunkin.
