One Star Is Too Generous – Avoid This Place at All Costs
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this disaster of a so-called “restaurant” deserves a public service announcement. If you’re thinking of trying their pizza, don’t bother. It’s criminally overpriced and tastes like cardboard with ketchup — calling it pizza is an insult to Italy. The crust was soggy, the toppings were cheap, and whatever they call “cheese” should be investigated.
And let’s talk about their so-called “Dubai Chocolate Cup.” What a joke. It was drowned in basic chocolate syrup — the kind you’d get from a bargain bin — not a hint of real Dubai chocolate anywhere. Total false advertising. It looked fancy in the photos, but what they served me was more like a melted mess in a cup with sour tasting berries.
Now for the real kicker: the staff. I’ve never encountered such rude, defensive, and downright unpleasant people. Ask a simple question and you’re met with attitude like you just insulted their ancestors. They act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you eat there. The fragile egos flying around could fill the entire dining room. And the owner? Let’s just say he seems to be overcompensating for a lot — running the place like a petty dictator with a serious case of little man syndrome.
This place is a masterclass in how not to run a food business. Bad food, bad vibes, and worse people. Shut it down.

2. The Sheetpan is Superb.
3. The Southie is Stupendous.
4. Today’s Detroit Style is Delicious … Knocked it Out of the Park (again).
Way to go, Fire & Ice Maine, with Four Styles of Pizza.

We got two of the strawberry Dubai cups and my son and I loved them!!I have been wanting to try this for a while and was excited to see it offered locally! It was a great treat!

Excellent! Well worth the trip. We tried both the Southie Pie and the New Haven style Meat Lovers style. We couldn’t decide which we liked best. The Southje pie with that crispy cheesy edge was super tasty. The whole experience definitely different than the traditional NY style we’re used to. So glad we stopped in! We’ll definitely be back.

Usually when someone asks me what my favorite pizza is I say I don’t have one, they’re all good in their own way. But if I had to choose one favorite, this is it! Thin crust, crispy, great tasting sauce and cheese. You guys nailed it. Love it.

Having worked at one of Maines best pizza restaurants ever (Ricettas brick oven)…I can say that this pizza might be the current best pie around. Crunch- sweet sauce- fresh toppings- and really local friendly service. I think this place is going places! Thanks Fire+Ice. I will be back for the Ice cream too.
