I am always hesitant to give a perfect score because it leaves no room in the event I happen to find better. That being said I have had New Haven Apizza in New Haven and this is definitely the best OUTSIDE of New Haven. Crispy thin crust with an amazing sauce. Ordered mine with pepperoni. It was to die for. If I had to make one criticism I would say I would have liked a little more char on the bottom but I would be nitpicking at that point. A little out of the way but so worth the drive. I can't wait to go back and try the Detroit style. Great job guys!
Itās been a minute since being in. Letās just say because of this we havenāt had a good pizza in a while. Still just as delicious and consistent as it always was. I finally got around to trying the Detroit and it far exceeded my expectations. It may be my new favorite order! Itās also always nice to go into a place that remembers what your order is even if itās been a while. Great people and Phenomenal Apizza/Pizza.

Really good pizza! Super thin crispy crust with a nice char, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I really liked the flavor of the sauce, it was sweet and fresh. Was surprised to find pizza this good in Windham. Wish I had taken a picture but we ate it too fast!
Not a lot of seating inside, but they have some picnic tables outside if itās a nice day. Whole pizzas only, no slices. They have a cooler of drinks and beers, and also have a couple of beers on tap I think.
Iāll definitely be back!

We ordered 2 pizzas here. We were going to take them home but that didn't happen. We pulled up to the picnic tables and went to town. Excellent ...excellent pizza. New Haven style. I love a great pizza no matter the style. This was great pizza. Worth the drive. We will be going back. The pepperoni cupped and the char was great. Pizza sauce is something that shows off if it's done right. The sauce was delicious. No pics because we tore through it.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this place blows me away. I've been twice now (If I didn't live 45 mins away I'd be in there weekly) and tried the Apizza (Pep and cheese), Detroit (cheese), Bar pie (Cheese). They're all fantastic, the Apizza stands up to pepes, sallys, modern etc. I would recommend going large on the Apizza to get the full experience. I've only had Detroit a couple times and it's not my style of pizza, but wow couldn't put it down. The crispy cheesy edge and fluffy dough is heaven. Hard to imagine saying this after such an incredible Apizza, but I think the bar pie was actually my favorite. Edge to edge cheese, absolutely delicious sauce and a buttery dough - I could eat a diet of only this cheese pizza for the rest of my life and be satisfied. Awesome service, awesome staff and an absolute must visit. Don't sleep on this.

Iāve been waiting to try this place for weeks and finally got my chance heading out to camp after work for a couple of nights this week. I love a thin, crisp crust and a nice char on my cheese and toppings but full disclosure Thursday I got the apizza with āextra charā and it was too crunchy for me. Flavor was good so if you know what youāre doing donāt let me stop you but my next visit Iāll try it without the āextraā. Last night I got the 10ā bar pizza and itās AMAZING. Takes you back to the great local pizza joints from the 80ās. Super friendly service so ask questions if youāre not familiar with their stuff. Havenāt tried the ice cream yet due to logistics but I bet itās great so Iām gonna eat in soon and have some.

We inquired about a sicilian , but since they didn't have that we ordered Ā½ veggie & Ā½ meat pie.
While we were waiting the owner came out and gave us a piece of the detroit pizza to try.... oh my God WOW! FANTASTIC! Will totally order that next time we go!
When we got home we ate the pie we ordered and it was also incredible!
