The service was very efficient. The flavor variety is fun and wide. The ice cream was very smooth and flavorful. 10/10 experience!
We love the dugout for our weekend ice cream.
What a fun ice cream spot! Everything is baseball-themed and the owners are definitely Red Sox fans! The hard ice cream was super fresh and creamy, the soft serve offered lots of flavors and was great! I recommend the fudge sundae with coffee soft serve. So good! A great family stop on a summer day :)
After some pizza near by, my friends and I were so in the mood for some great creams! We found the Dugout online and they did not disappoint! We got brownie batter, cookie dough, a pokey, and a vanilla soft serve with cheesecake and Reese (my personal favorite). A single size is very much enough. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to get their cream on!
Great ice cream spot. All outdoor seating
I tried their grand slamwich with chocolate cookie dough. So delicious and satisfying! They accept card and we got our ice cream quickly.
Awesome place
Lots of ice cream flavor choices and their sizes are generous!
The worst!!!! Rude girl behind the counter. No apple crisp and no this or that and it was only 12:30 in the afternoon. Then I got the window shut in my face.

The Dairy Queen near us closed for good, and our local ice cream shop usually only carries the same 10 flavors all summer. Imagine my delight when just on a whim, we took a swing at the Ice Cream Dugout. They seem to be a mainstay for both locals and tourists alike. The place offers treats that remind you of DQ and premium ice cream places. We thought it was a bigger ice cream company making the variety of flavors, and were surprised to see Shaker Pond Ice cream listed on their website as their ice cream provider. They accept cards! Yay!
I got a big sundae, my husband got a frappe, and the kids had a sherbet and a sorbet. Everyone was happy! Glad to see more than 3 soft serve flavors on the menu! Their banana splits also seem popular, I saw two other tables with customers digging into one.
Worth the stop on the way to or from the lake! A home run!

You must visit if you are in the area. My family lives there and swears by it. I must agree it is an excellent place. Great location off highway, large variety of options, adequate parking, friendly atmosphere for kids, and fair prices.

Walk up to window ordering with seating outside. Great for kids to run around. Our large milkshakes were delicious. It can get pretty busy in the evening.
