We went this past Friday night and there was only 2 female employees working and they were crushing it! Kudos to them for hustling, staying calm, smiling and trying there best as the line kept getting longer and on line orders kept coming in.

As a born and raised NY'r living in Maine the past 13 years , food has been rough.
Especially Italian subs as the common Maine version is disgusting . Thankfully Jersey Mike's are around, ordered from the app for the Windham location, the girls behind the counter were all smiles, had it waiting for me and they made it just as I asked.... Gonna be my new Friday night stop!

Message to the owner. Your business is understaffed. That said, your employees are courteous and hard working but they need help as it's impossible for them to fill orders in the time quoted on the app. I buy food from Jersey Mike's all over the country and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The wait was so bad I almost left without my food.
