I have been at this location a few times and each time, the same thing. Food seemed to be slightly under cooked. Not raw, but seemed an extra min on the fryer would be beneficial. I would also point out that the oil seemed to be too low in temp. Each time, I have brought my food back home and threw it into my convection oven for 10+ min. I like my fries and chicken to be a little bit crispy, and not soggy.
Their menu for drive thru is awful. It's at a bad angle to read when ordering and is hard it read overall. The location isn't great, but I guess you take what you can.

This place sucks, no chicken at 8 pm when they don't close till 11. Lobby open till 10 but doors locked at 8 pm. Sucked it up cause hungry an on the go, got 3 pieces of dehydrated chicken tenders with Nashville hot , mash taters with extra Gravey on the side. No extra gravy! An my biscuit placed in the same container with my over soaked dehydrated tenders!! I think the no refund policy but we will replace it is just as disrespectful as you and your service! Hopefully you will be replace by a company that ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT GOOD FOOD, AND GOOD SERVICE!! DISGRACEFUL AT BEST!!

I have been to this place twice in the last month at noon. Today I walked there.The front door has been locked both times and it is noon time, and cars are going through the drive thru.I went and walked to the speaker at the drive thru right after a car went through.I kept saying hello and no one would even acknowledge me.If you are not going to allow dine in you need to post on your web and put something on your door.Very poor management and communication.

Order 2 of the 4 piece chicken meals. And within 5 mins after paying my food was ready. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the food.
Ordered 8 piece with corn mashed potatoes and Cole slaw got 2 corn no mashed potatoes or Cole slaw went back to get what we ordered he asked me for a recite and I said you didn't give me one I just told him I wanted what we ordered he told me that was what I had ordered and then he started using the 4 letter word at me and I told him to stop swearing at me I am a 68 year old woman and I don't use that language and he told my husband and I we couldn't hit him because he was 17 they were so rude to my husband and I then the manager came over and we got what we asked for and we left we Will never go there again they have really bad attitudes and do not respect their customers.
Placed my order through mobile app at 9.39 pm. Specifically was specified that I wanted to DINE IN. They accepted my order and cooked it by 9.45 pm. I was there by that exact time and the lobby was already closed and I was told I cannot have my supper by the table and have to eat outside. Then why on earth you accept order as dine in??? I drove 45 minutes to eat meal by the table and then I’m getting this????? And they behave like it’s perfectly okay, offered bo discount no return absolutely nothing for ruining my evening! You are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like all too many fast food places these days, there’s usually nobody attending the front when you walk in.
The workers look over at you standing there, but completely ignore you and don’t say, “Hi, we’ll be right with your” or “can I help you” About half the time they just ignore you even when there’s not much going on.
On multiple occasions as a third-party food delivery driver I have stood there for up to 10 to 12 minutes without being acknowledged. Even as it’s obvious that I’m standing there waiting for service and employees walk-right by and won’t even make eye contact.
I have noticed this seems to be the trend at a lot of fast food places. Maybe younger people just no longer know how to socialize and talk because everything’s done on the phone including placing an order to pick up fast food.
Out of all the places I pick things up I’d really try to avoid this one at all costs. and on top of that, even when there’s nobody in the drive-through and maybe one or two people in the lobby, it can take more than 20 minutes to get your food out to you. Not too long ago. They used to just lock the lobby door altogether and you could spend up to 45 minutes sitting in a drive-through.

The chicken I ordered was dry. I stood in line for about four to five minutes. What irked me was seeing the puddle of pinkish sludge in the drainage area of the drink dispenser. Huge turn off along with what could be residing in the drink dispensers. I am speaking from prior experiences working in restaurants.

Counter service and food prep was very slow. The place was not busy and drive through only had 3 cars, I stood at the counter and workers saw me then finally came over, (seemed like 10 minutes). The drive through attendant came over took my order just as I turned to leave. The ladies behind me went through the same thing, they was looking around like where is the counter person. LAST time I go there.
