This has genuinely been the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had in my life. I placed an online order for two chicken Littles and a small five piece potato popper at 12 PM. I arrive to the store at 12:05 and waited in the drive-through line to pick up my order. I got to the drive-through window at 12:15 and was told to pull into the parking lot and somebody would bring out my order when it was ready. I waited another 15 minutes, and at 12:30 the WRONG ORDER was brought out to me. After the employee went back inside, it took another five minutes for them to grab my correct order. This service was abysmal. I send an email to KFC support in hopes to get this issue resolved. I will not be returning to this location again.

Came here with my parents and brother a little while back and got served non edible food — I'm talking straight up health hazard. The staff were rude and refused to refund us, we got wings that had noticeably gone bad and reeked. NEVER coming back again.

The Food is really good here. You've got to watch the Prices on the Menu Board though. Some Deals and Combos are better and offer a lot more for less money.

I have been at this location a few times and each time, the same thing. Food seemed to be slightly under cooked. Not raw, but seemed an extra min on the fryer would be beneficial. I would also point out that the oil seemed to be too low in temp. Each time, I have brought my food back home and threw it into my convection oven for 10+ min. I like my fries and chicken to be a little bit crispy, and not soggy.

Their menu for drive thru is awful. It's at a bad angle to read when ordering and is hard it read overall. The location isn't great, but I guess you take what you can.

This place sucks, no chicken at 8 pm when they don't close till 11. Lobby open till 10 but doors locked at 8 pm. Sucked it up cause hungry an on the go, got 3 pieces of dehydrated chicken tenders with Nashville hot , mash taters with extra Gravey
on the side. No extra gravy! An my biscuit placed in the same container with my over soaked dehydrated tenders!! I think the no refund policy but we will replace it is just as disrespectful as you and your service! Hopefully you will be replace by a company that ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT GOOD FOOD, AND GOOD SERVICE!! DISGRACEFUL AT BEST!!

I have been to this place twice in the last month at noon. Today I walked there.The front door has been locked both times and it is noon time, and cars are going through the drive thru.I went and walked to the speaker at the drive thru right after a car went through.I kept saying hello and no one would even acknowledge me.If you are not going to allow dine in you need to post on your web and put something on your door.Very poor management and communication.

Drive up order of small mashed potatoes. How hard could that be. Well when I got to my destination a half an hour away and opened macaroni and cheese I was not at all happy!
