Ordered two Beef nachos on line. It said it was going to be ready in a half hour. So I showed up a half hour later to pick it up and still had to wait another 35 min. I would be still waiting if I didnt bug the lady at the front 3 times. They both came to me bearly warm, like they had been sitting for a long time, the mozzarella cheese on top turned into a brick of cheese. Was gross. Had no sour cream or guacamole with it. Won't be going back.

Disappointing Labor Day late lunch. Fries with the burger were overdone. Fried haddock was too and it tasted like the oil. Onion rings were ok, crispy. Didn't care for the fried pickles....it tasted like it had a layer of cheddar cheese between the breading and the pickle.

Terrible experience! We were told 30 minute wait if we wanted pizza as a take out order for 20 pizzas had just been placed. If you can’t take care of the restaurant first you shouldn’t be taking take out orders. I changed my order from a pizza to a COLD sandwich. Our order took over an hour to get. When we asked to speak with the manager she showed up with an attitude. Not once did she apologize for our experience. She needs to work at a job where she doesn’t come in contact with people!

Horrible food! Came in hungry and left hungry. The pizza was so under cooked it was still dough on the bottom. We asked to have it cooked and no more and 30 seconds later, it was still raw and back on our table. We have been coming here for close to 20 years. Amazing surprise on the quality of food, staff and overall vibes that nobody really cares. I only wish I took a picture to post. I think what most bothers me is our server was so use to complaints that we couldn’t even get our drinks refilled without visiting the bar. This place had gone downhill!!

Same place I had my first blind date with my husband at 30+ yrs ago. Out of all the upscale pizza joints around, this place is a real local treasure. Waitresses will always have great beers to try and good personality to go with it. Atmosphere rocks and score for tvs at the tables too
