Disappointing Labor Day late lunch. Fries with the burger were overdone. Fried haddock was too and it tasted like the oil. Onion rings were ok, crispy. Didn't care for the fried pickles....it tasted like it had a layer of cheddar cheese between the breading and the pickle.
Same place I had my first blind date with my husband at 30+ yrs ago. Out of all the upscale pizza joints around, this place is a real local treasure. Waitresses will always have great beers to try and good personality to go with it. Atmosphere rocks and score for tvs at the tables too

Ordered two Beef nachos on line. It said it was going to be ready in a half hour. So I showed up a half hour later to pick it up and still had to wait another 35 min. I would be still waiting if I didnt bug the lady at the front 3 times. They both came to me bearly warm, like they had been sitting for a long time, the mozzarella cheese on top turned into a brick of cheese. Was gross....
