When ever I go to Taco Bell / KFC they are never open they do not unlock there lobby doors. Why say your open if doors are shut lock. Never going there again. Wait never can go there their doors are always locked.

Food was typical Taco Bell food and service was what I've come to expect at most fast food restaurants. No condiments are self-serve, and they won't be offered either. If you want taco sauce, ketchup, or butter, you'll have to ask at the counter for it, and you will be treated like it's an inconvenience. The same goes for silverware for your mac and cheese or anything else that typically requires a fork or spoon.
Our biggest issue was a safety issue. The manager repeatedly locked the only entrance/exit for guests while people were eating in the restaurant. They did not want anymore people to come in even though the restaurant was open for 3 more hours. Three times people from our party went out to the parking lot and were immediately locked out. They had to wait for someone to notice them standing outside so they could be let back in. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a fire hazard. The exits can not be locked while guests are still eating in the restaurant. Several people from our party attempted to talk to the manager about it, but he just yelled at us that this is what he always does.

Enjoyed my food. Service wasn't so great and maybe they weren't trained very well because one person was saying something and then went right back and took back what he said multiple times which was kind of odd. Inside was quite dirty. There was a very broken window and it was a little bit gross. I enjoyed Taco Bell but maybe I'll enjoy it in my car better next time
I was completely wrong to give this place a great review beforehand. $71 to get dinner for four people. Mine came cold, dry and covered in tomatoes when I specifically asked for “no tomatoes, please and thank you”. Covered. I call them to make it known- could care less. I had the food delivered and I must physically drive it there to have things fixed. Click.
