I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived they said the computer was rebooting and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I asked if I could show my phone order so they could make and they said that was not possible. They told me to park on the side and they would let me know when the computer was backup and running. They never told me and I noticed people going through the drive thru. I went back to the drive thru and they proceeded my online order. The window teller was not friendly or apologetic at all. When I got home the bread for the hamburger was stale!

Went tonight for dinner. Doors were locked with all the lights on. As I drove around to exit the two employees were outside smoking. Hopefully cigs. Three other cars drove through to. Not cool.

This location sucks. Per Google as well their door it shows they are open till 10. I went to pick a door dash order and they were closed at 9! I lost out on money because of this. Fix your hours or actually stay open. It’s not that hard

everything is going more digital. the more times I visit a location the more Selfserve kiosks for ordering food. and still there seems to be a delay in getting the order.

Customer service at the restaurant tonight was 10/10. I’m not sure of the employees names working this evening, but they went out of their way to be patient & considerate with a customer. The service was also super fast. In a world where it doesn’t feel like people care about anyone anymore, especially a stranger, it was wonderful to see how they went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. Very classy. Way to look out for people in the community, too. Just awesome.

I just waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru for an MOBILE order! and then went I got to the window they asked for money so I had to tell them I ALREADY paid! And proceeded to wait 5 more minutes for them to put it in the bag. 🙄this is the worst service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE!

I Ordered through the mobile app. It gave me the option to choose between carry out a drive-thru. I chose carryout upon arrival I came across 10 Cars in the Drive-Thru, and a locked Lobby... no indication was given no sign was posted letting anyone know that the lobby was closed several people including myself what find ourselves pulling on a locked door trying to get in. They made sure to let me know that you cannot skip a line and you must go through a drive-through process no matter if you did a mobile order or not.

I understand there's shortage of employees but it would be courteous to let the customers know through a sign or better yet tell their corporate to update the app to let us know that the Lobby is closed or not give us the option to choose carry out.

@WindhamMEWendy's you can do better give them the tools needed to better communicate to the community instead of wasting our time driving the country mile to get here for this type of experience.

Ps. Waiting on my refund from the number that I called through Wendy's which that was an experience in and of itself.

Food was good but the service was WEIRD. The lady in the button up guilted us and made sure we knew how devastating and how much it sucked that we changed our drink order, then just had a very rude demeanor after. Then we get to the window and she’s very loudly complaining about employees and I’m 100% on the employees side. She sounds very rude and hard to work with.

Okay, so, the app didn’t say how many nuggets were in the nugget party pack. I did some rough estimations and figured it would be the best deal to feed my three teenagers.

I go through the drive through and the associate at the window gave me a deer-in-the-headlights look when I said I was picking up my mobile order. He assured me it would be out shortly.

Then the manager came to the window and politely asked that we order inside next time. It seemed like a strange request, but okay, sure, we could probably do that.

And then the first associate returned with a huge bag containing five containers of ten-piece nuggets, plus the three large fries and a chicken sandwich I’d also ordered.

Thank you, Windham Wendy’s crew, for your patience! 😅 (Also, this Wendy’s has been consistently good for years as opposed to the location by the mall in South Portland.)
