Had the Tuscan Atlantic Salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots. All cooked perfectly. Excellent service from experienced waitstaff who had only been at the restaurant 3 weeks but knew the menu and was very attentive.

We've been to The Fusion several times now, and we've been happy each time. I love the salmon entree, which I've had twice now. It's perfectly cooked and it comes with two sides.My partner has tried the ribeye and the Fettuccine Alfredo--both were excellent.And you can choose to sit indoors or out, and you can even enjoy a game of horseshoes!

BIG waist of time & $$$$$!!!!? Worst thing we ever tasted! Offered beef Wellington for a sub for what was ordered only to get a pastry full of some NASTY rice mix of some sort? no meat in it at all!! Apparently the kitchen’s making things up back there! The sticky rice bowl was full of cold shriveled vegetables & dry chicken………even my dog wouldn’t eat the doggy bag when we got home!

Went to an early dinner today. Food was delicious, service was laid back and friendly. Loved it, and will definitely be back.
We were very disappointed in our meals. The Salmon was tough and tasteless, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or submerged in a pot of boiling water for a long period of time. The rice was hard and dry. The vegetable melody had rock hard pieces of something in it that would break a tooth if you bit down on it to hard and tasteless. The sirloin tips weren't tips at all, but one piece of dry beef. For the price, we were very disappointed and won't ever eat there again.

This place discriminated against a handicap man August 7th . He was simply trying to dance and have a good time. Customers were offended and complained instead of showing kindness. The owners asked him to leave instead of explaining to him he's welcome to dance alone.This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. So should the ignorance of the customers.

I am so happy to have finally tried this place. There aren't many places around that offer a wide array of vegetarian options. the portabella burger was the best I have ever had! the ramen was also very good and had a wonderful array of fresh veggies that were steamed perfectly. I ordered take out and everything was packed very thoughtfully. highly recommend this place.
