Had the Tuscan Atlantic Salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots. All cooked perfectly. Excellent service from experienced waitstaff who had only been at the restaurant 3 weeks but knew the menu and was very attentive.
We've been to The Fusion several times now, and we've been happy each time. I love the salmon entree, which I've had twice now. It's perfectly cooked and it comes with two sides.My partner has tried the ribeye and the Fettuccine Alfredo--both were excellent.And you can choose to sit indoors or out, and you can even enjoy a game of horseshoes!
yesterday was our first time dining in here. our waitress Heather was super friendly! the drinks were delicious and the food was tasty and came out fast! we loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back??
