This Cafe is absolutely amazing, the food ,atmosphere and the people who we encountered were so kind ! We made sure to visit more than once. The Lobster roll was perfect , and the blueberry pie 🥧 😋 yumm .

Fantastic food in a beautiful town. We always love visiting local favorite restaurants and there is no question why this is a favorite. The people were lovely and the food was delicious. I had the lobster roll lunch and I would absolutely get it again.

Our go to breakfast spot every day we were in Winter Harbor! They have a sunny porch if you want to be outside and comfy dining inside if you prefer. The servers we had, breakfasts we had and everything else were just great. They also have baked goods to take away if you prefer. We thoroughly enjoyed every breakfast we enjoyed there. We didn’t get back for lunch but their menu was inviting….another time!

J.M. Gerrish was a great lunch experience after a fun-filled day at Schoodic Point. We walked in about 25 minutes before they closed, and asked if it was too late to be served. They said it was no problem and to have a seat. We sat outside on the lovely front porch. The service was prompt and genuinely friendly. The lobster rolls were the freshest and most delicious we had in Maine. The waitress told us the lobster comes the co-op right down the street. We also highly recommend the blueberry pie. Following lunch, we walked across the street to the Winter Harbor 5 & 10 to buy souvenir t-shirts and other items we needed for the rest of our trip. So glad we stopped in Winter Harbor!

We asked to sit at a table on the patio and the server said sure but asked us to wait for her to clean it. We went inside to order lunch and then the server said we could not eat on the patio because we ordered inside. I asked if we could still sit on the patio but have our order brought to us and she said no. How stupid? We had to eat our lunch on the grass near the parking lot. The food was okay..: basic sandwich with a bag of chips. Felt like a generic boxed lunch.
