We came here for our 2 year wedding anniversary and were very disappointed. Right from walking in the doors, the 2 staff members just stared at us and eventually the bar tender said to just have a seat.
The waitress was not overly friendly, and it honestly felt as though they couldn't get us out of there quicker.
The food was subpar, especially for the price we paid, and their one true vegetarian option was not available. We spent about $75 plus a tip and were both hungry when we left.
In comparison, we went to The Pickled Wrinkle a couple of days later, spent the same amount, and we had leftovers. The food was also substantially better at The Pickeled Wrinkle.
We frequent the Winter Harbor area often during the summer, and I also recommend places to go when folks from the Bangor area are looking for a spot to eat after visiting the park. This will be a place I tell people to avoid.
Didn’t get a chance to try the food but the drinks are amazing. Love the atmosphere. Highly recommend the peanut butter shot!
Troy and Piper knocked it outta the park and the cook knows what's up. Great food Great people Great place.

If you are in or visiting the Winter Harbor, Gouldsboro Maine area, This place is Awesome I think it is one of the Best places I have visited in a while. I Absolutely recommend the food 🥑 was Delicious, Fresh and Tasteful. The cheesecake dessert was decadent not overwhelming the flavor was on point. Last but absolutely not least was the Peanut Butter Bomb Shot that Troy made that was the most delicious shot I have ever had and I have had plenty 😁 The Service was Amazing Troy the owner and Piper our waitress were the nicest people so welcoming and their food suggestions were worth taking. The atmosphere was Great it's a small restaurant with such a welcoming vibe. Can't say more than Absolutely go there grab a bit and enjoy the place you won't regret and let Troy and Piper know I sent y'all!!

After a long day exploring Acadia and an hour drive back to our VRBO nearby, it was nice to stop in for some cold refreshment. The owner was tending bar and couldn’t have been more attentive and joyful. There was a local contingency that meets there often for happy hour. We met some great folks, picked up some local knowledge, and left feeling we would definitely be back. Every town needs an establishment like this one!

The perfect end to a great tour of the area. Well crafted cocktails and dishes prepared and presented with an ease that only comes from a confidence born from experience. There should be an establishment such as this in each town.
Thank you

My husband and I were visiting for a long weekend and we couldn't be happier that we found this place! When we sat at the bar, Troy, the owner and bartender, was warm and inviting - he even had a sample of the curry brought out for us to try in addition to our meals. This spot is a real gem; great food, atmosphere and drinks. Safe to say this is a saved spot we will be visiting whenever we will be back in the area.

Aesthetically, culinarily, interpersonally… The Gallery does it all with style. The little town of Winter Harbor is a joy, with art and antique stops to explore. Give yourself the pleasure of stopping in at The Gallery for a delicious bite and a warm smile in a lovely space. The specials (we had shrimp tacos: perfect sauce/spice/crunch combination) are always worth trying, because you’ll be back. My cocktail, “Do you like piña coladas?” was served in a gorgeous glass with toasted coconut for that perfect experience. A pure joy.

This little restaurant is definitely worth your money, the place is welcoming and everyone is very friendly. The service is great and the employees are super polite, but the food and drinks are what’s best. There is a wide range of drinks to select from that you can’t find anywhere else, and they tasted fantastic. There are lots of options that are non alcoholic too. The food menu has a decent amount of options and lots of variety. I can’t even explain how good the food was, I’ve been to loads of different restaurants in many different places but this one is my favorite. Everything is fresh and local. Out of all the food I ordered I loved all of it. I am big on desserts and I was disappointed that there were only two options, it was worth it though because the salted caramel cheese cake is the best cheese cake I tried. Overall I can’t name a thing I didn’t like about this restaurant, if you’re in the area definitely make sure you make a stop at The Gallery.

Everything was amazing. The service, food, ambiance and cocktails. Beats all the places we dined in Bar harbor on our week long vacation. Especially the cocktails.
Reminded me of upscale speakeasies I've been to in Manhattan.

My husband works up here and has been coming in here for awhile. He brought me and our girls and lemme say, blown away. Drinks were super, he made our girls some delicious blueberry drinks and the crabster roll was Devine. The salad and the stew, sooooo much flavor. The caramel and sea salt cheesecake, amazing! Nice quaint relaxed atmosphere and Troy the owner is the nicest restaurant owner I’ve ever encountered! Waitress was super sweet as well! Well done, keep up the great work!! I can’t wait to comeback

As a Texan exploring the area for a month I was craving Mexican food. After stumbling upon The Gallery I was ecstatic to see they offered tacos and margaritas. Oh my - they were SO good! Highly recommend. The restaurant was cozy and intimate. Would be perfect for a date night and drinks with a date, family or friends.
