Absolem Cider Company

Recently, we brought out of town guests to experience Absolem with us as we had never been. The atmosphere, staff and surroundings were enough to charm but then you add in delicious craft cocktails and food trucks? Well, needless to say we were back for a second visit before they went back home. They are still talking about it a week later. We will definitely be back!

Beer is kinda expensive

Fun little ride out to Winthrop. Didn't get food, just a few lovely ciders. Will definitely be back to see more of what they have to offer

We absolutely love it here. The diversity of drinks here is something to admire. They make their own cider, supply craft beers from all over the country, and create craft cocktails for you to enjoy on the deck, lawn, fire pit, or in the rustic barn with so much character. Food trucks are here often so there is always something to eat. Play corn hole or throw some disks. This truly is a great place to get away and have some of the best hangs with your friends.

Legitimately can't believe how cool it was, on a farm in Winthrop. What a vibe. Just go. Something for everyone. Dogs, families, chickens, disc golf, food trucks, music.

Folks behind the bar were excited to show off their selection. Dozens of imported Belgians along with many saisons from Oxbow, etc. IPAs from Treehouse and Otherhalf on draft, who knows what else, I only have so much time. They have hidden gems in the cooler not on the menu. Just tell them what you like and you will be surprised.

Also they create their own ciders from local sources and heirloom varieties. Unique yeasts and mixed fermentations. I don't know much about cider but if they know half as much about cider as they do beers, I'm sure it's fantastic.

Way to go. Thanks for giving us something great. Can't wait to go back

Cider was good. Service was friendly. Disappointed they had a large event and advertised blueberry one and didn't have it avail but guess that happens when it's popular as they said. Overall decent to stop in for a drink.

Parking: I went during an event and parking was becoming difficult. I made a spot as well as several others did so get there early if there is an event

Great selection of cider, beer, hard liquor and even wine! Something for everyone. The vibes are great, the owners too-notch and they have food trucks and special events.

The vibe is very chill. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Family friendly, Dog friendly.
There's normally a food truck there for food, plus there's snacks available inside to make a cheeseboard.
There's ciders,beers, cocktails and mocktails something for everyone!
We will come back again and again.

Last night was our second time there and it was their 2nd Anniversary!! Everything about this place just hits right! They were busy but they keep it together and inform you of the wait on your cocktails when you order. There's a reason why you wait for the drinks, they are made with expertise. We watched the owner work his tail feather off making them for a time, but he didn't complain or seem to mind; he was fun to have a little chat with too. We had the food truck Bao Buns and that was wondering too! These people knock it out of the park!!!
